This is a a horrible location me and family came to this locations a few months back and went throw the drive thru when we pulled up the window the cook/employee was scratching his butt. We reported to the manager and the manager ask the employee was he scratching the employee replied stated he was itching. Now today on 2/3/2024 @8:50pm we arrived to eat in the dining area the door was locked, employee sitting at table told us to go through drive thru. We went to drive thru asked the manager why dining was close she stated because she didn't want to clean it later.

Just tried them and fries and tx toast are old and burnt. The food is always bad there. I try them every now again just to see if they have changed. Nope, this will be the last time i eat there. The McDonald's and this DQ in this area always sucks, wonder if its the same ownership group.

We had promos for free blizzards. Even though we weren't spending a dime, the manager (or owner?) at the register was very pleasant and kind. He made an effort to make our treats perfectly and even presented them in the traditional upside-down DQ way.
If course, this is not a high-end restaurant...that being said, the inside is clean and comfortable. The menu screens need some repairs as there are scrambled horizontal lines that make it difficult to to read. The soda fountain area was clean, tables clean, counters clean, AC worked (big bonus in TX), floors were clean and not sticky. Food was served in a timely manner, food was hot (had lunch), food was as ordered, was given more than 1 napkin (thanks!) and condiments provided. Parking is ample.

Bad service. I ordered the 3 tacos and strawberry cheesecake small. On doordash. They gave me spoiled/chemical taste taco shells and when I called them a guy answered the phone and when I explan and hung up on me while I was talking and I can hear in the background the other lady employee had a problem and start talking bad and that is when he hung up on me. Very upsetting as I took a bite of the food and the spoiled food causing me to have a headache due to not smelling my food first.

Came here because my son wanted steak fingers. Place smelled like chemicals or something, it took 7-12 mins to get our order although we were the only ones inside, and then my son said it tasted bad. I tried one bite of the steak fingers and still feel sick like an hour later, they were disgusting. We ended up throwing the whole meal away, my son said it was the worst food he has ever had.
