This location has severely went down hill with this new recent staff. Called at 8:56pm to be placed on hold then hung up and then they took the phone off the hook. I came to the store and it wasn’t packed normal light customers and to my surprise yes the phone was inactive as I tried calling in front of the worker The Caucasian woman thicker female with long straight black hair gives horrible service.

I came to get breakfast at this location and they were blasting Spanish music, which I did not understand. I asked for lemons to go in my water. They told me that there were none, but less than a minute later, a lady in front of me asked for lemons and they quickly brought her some. When I talked to the manager, he did apologize. I'm never going back. I feel like it was discrimination.

This morning, I was in Pearland, Texas. we stopped for the first time to this Denny's for breakfast, and the waitress was very unfriendly. Give us a menu, and I, as a customer, i ask if you have the special 2,4,6,8 menu she said yes and took quite a bit to bring to us, then we ordered 2 super slam waited 20 minutes for our breakfast and was not busy only 2 tables, our food come out the egg over easy was swimming in grease, the hash brown was grease and not cook all the way and the meats was cold, when I said something to the waitress their were gossiping about us pointing tours our table like we didn't see them, the manager look it our table and never come or ask what happened, when I went and paid my bill no one come to the counter to take my money then I wave to get my attention for paying my check also said something to a different waitress while I was paying and only her she said I'm sorry I will talk to the cooks but the manager still didn't show up... I hope no one getting sick eating grease has brown and grease breakfast. ....

Went the for valentine’s dinner. The waiter forgot my order and parts of my daughter’s order . Had to argue to take my order off that didn’t come and wouldn’t do nothing for missing part of the order. Would NEVER COME BACK HERE . First was hair in food now this . Blames short in staff. When 9 people or more was working . Poor atmosphere and service bad

Employee didn't wash their hands after she used the bathroom. She's the heavy set lady. I didn't eat there. I left after seeing that. I was at the sink washing my hands she came out the toilet area and went straight out the door.
