I went with my mom, she got a free sandwich for her birthday. We also shared a 3 meat plate with brisket sliced, pulled pork and their chicken. The sides were baked beans and potato salad. Everything had excellent flavor. We also got the original bbq sauce which was so good. The BRISKET was way to FATTY and we had to pull off the fat. Tho the flavor was there it was annoying that we had to pull off all that fat. My favorite by far was the pulled pork. Lots of flavor and good portion size. If you like fatty brisket it probably wont bother you, but we dont so i wont get that again. Everything tasted great. but for me personally i would simple go back for the pulled pork and maybe the chicken. But that is more a personal preference. Mom wants to go back to try the turkey and okra and i wanna try their sausage. We also found their sauces in east walmart and i had to grab both the sweet and the original. Will come again for sure. Must have more pork. Also a side note my mom who isnt a big fan of pork even she liked the pulled pork. Another little note as a person that hates driving, even i am willing to return for their food again, even tho its a little far from me. It is a little pricey, but honestly all good bbq places are. Killens is expensive as well and they have great tasting food.Also some of the ppl that are complaining in the reviews are for little things. One said the beans had no flavor thats a lie, they had lots of flavor. I mean they arent for me but i know they had alot of seasoning. Another complained about the lid of the sauce coming off on drive home, maybe it was defect lid or he didnt close the lid properly. They have deals through the week and coupons with the app, so you could wait for that if u are unsure about going. But i tried many of the food there and tho the brisket was fatty, I loved the pork and chicken. My visit was about 2 weeks ago.12/1/2022 When I went a few months back their pork sandwich was way to fatty. Also if you see their products in store at walmart do not buy. I bought and regret, the pork had chunky veins in it that i bit into and i am traumatized by it. I honestly may never eat pulled meat again from anywhere unless i make it myself thats how gross it was.

The only reason I come here is because my daughter likes the fried okra. The barbecue is average. Two things put me off the last time I was here, a week ago. The first is the fact that the place was a mess. HALF of the drink dispensers displayed yellow stickies with the word OUT. Boxes were piled up in one section as if the eating area is a storeroom. A small refrigerator off to one side is completely empty. And at 11am the floors were filthy. The other thing is that the two people behind the counter were pretty non chalant about me being there, as if I was a bother. No hustle and no apparent interest in providing a quality experience. I wonder how interested management is in this location. I will not go back.

Has never been great and has gotten much worse. Floors sticky, half the drink machine is out, ice cream machine has been out of order for years. Service is 3 star, food 2 star, restaurant condition zero star, so 1 star review. Strongly advise you try something else,

I barely ever leave a poor review, but I must. We ordered delivery for the first time and the food was awful! The beef was just fat with not great bbq sauce. Most depressing was the potato salad and beans! They were like Sams and in a can. We were shocked. Never again.

This was the second time I went to this Dickey's. Both times for take-out, both times the employees were straight up unfriendly and rude. SLOW to even acknowledge me both times and about as inviting as a funeral home. Can you people say something? Like, "hello" ??! Nope. My husband usually is the one that goes, he says they're "indifferent"..basically a nice way to say they really don't GAF. Food is good but definitely not good enough to put up with all the attitude. I considered leaving but then lady with the braids/Shawnta walked over acting all put out and mad that I was even there. She slumped over the register, looking down, shaking her head while I was placing my order. All that head shaking and for what? She didn't even get my order right. She didn't give me an itemized receipt, either. I wanted to ask her for one but I didn't. That's how off-putting she was. Probably the same employee who said "I don't like her" about a customer, within earshot of that customer, whose order was screwed up in another review) Bet! And the guy working with Shawnta was almost as bad as she was. I did ask for a receipt though, when I was checking my order and things were missing and screwed up. And that's when she tried to argue with me about a potato. I'm there to spend money, you're acting like I'm bothering you, and on top of that, you can't even do your job correctly? And no apology. Typical. And then she took the wrong item back and charged me (again) for the correct one. Make it make sense, Shawnta! If you're miserable, hate your job and don't have it in you to be PERSONABLE, then get a job that doesn't require you to interact with people. And I was in a good mood, until I had to deal with all that ridiculousness. And of course they posted an obligatory, generic, we don't GAF, AI response. LOL.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 3 brisket sandwiches for my family and I via Uber Eats, long story short, the restaurant waited over an hour and for the Uber eats driver to arrive to pick up my order and had her call me to tell me that they ran out of brisket. I said, ok can you ask them to cancel my order, the dickeys employee's said they cant and I had to do that in the app myself.. well I called Uber eats and reported dickeys, because If I would have canceled the order then Uber eats would hold me accountable and from me writing this review we know its not my fault.In addition, I have ordered from this location before a few months ago, and same thing happened, however that time the dickeys staff was kind and called me to tell me they ran out of certain sides and what I would like it replaced with.Thanks Dickeys for ruining my night and our dinner and for wasting my time and the Uber Eats drivers time.

This location is ALWAYS out of their sides like the mashed potatoes or Mac n cheese. I'm happy that they don't run out of the fried okra; at least, when I've gone. I can only speak to the jalapenos cheese kielbasa sausage as that the only bbq I had there. That sausage is delicious with the toasted bun and sweet bbq sauce. I highly recommend the sausage can't speak on anything other meats. A sandwich and 2 sides are about $12.

This location is trash. The staff don’t care about customer service or the business. The owner needs to clean house. So many things went wrong with my orders. I literally had to come back twice for them to get my stuff right. All of the employees that were working was on their cell phones. How unprofessional. They didn’t even put my roll in the bag and on top of that they didn’t let me know they ran out. A total let down. Thanks a lot on Father’s Day!! Trash !!

The service is terrible! 1 year ago I went and dined in. While the food was good the employees were rude. I decided to try it again today. I went in to get a take out order but left before ordering because none of the three employees working ever even acknowledged my presence. I was completely ignored for 5 minutes. I will never return again!

I would rate zero stars if I could. First off, WORST SERVICE EVER. I went through drive thru to pick up my mobile order and received my drink with soda all over the outside. I asked for napkins and the woman literally told me they had none. Like, WHAT? You're a restaurant and don't have napkins? Unbelievable. Not only that, but my order wasn't even correct. I asked the lady if my entire order was in the bag when she proceeded to be rude and say yes then just shut the window and left. I was missing my side & wasn't even given bbq sauce nor pickles when I PAID for extra. First and last time ever coming to this place. Rude and unprofessional.

We have tried this location on multiple occasions because my partner really loves Dickies and there is not one any closer than this location which is 45 mins from our home. The food is mostly really good, but the service is always mediocre. No friendly smiles or welcoming faces here. These gals have an attitude, especially the newest one that has only been here the last 2 times we came including today. She got my order incorrect and when she took it back to the manager she said, I don't like her"... I freaked out and demanded a refund. We did not stay or eat there and we will not be back. Ya know, if the manager appreciate d our repeat business, the least SHE could have done was apologize to us for making us feel the way she did. I am really wanting to have a conversation with the owner and give feedback about the sticky tables, the issues they have with having things in stock, the inconsistencies with the barbeque sauce and the attitudes and zero gratitude!

I'm not a BBQ expert at all. But, I do enjoy BBQ every now and then. We were in the area and just tried out this spot. I was craving pull pork, brisket, and yummy sides. So, we ordered the pulled pork plate and the chopped brisket sandwich with waffle fries, potato salad, pickles and onions. The pulled pork had good flavor. A bit on the dry side, though. But, the BBQ sauce, onions, and pickles did help with this. The chopped brisket sandwich was more flavorful and moist. The sides were great too. The waffle fries reminded me of Chick-Fil-A fries. Yum. I loved the tang and creaminess of the potato salad as well. If we're in the area again, this is a good spot to eat BBQ.
