As of right now, I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes to talk to someone about my BURNED AND CREMATED pizza and pasta order. $60 worth of pizza ruined and nobody will even answer the phone! This was the last chance. Last time I ordered, TWO HOURS went by before they called and told me delivery would be another 2 hours for delivery!!! What!? This is not the way to do business. This location has never delivered on time or even has had decent customer service. I was on hold for a long time because the website would not compete my order. Not worth the hassle anymore. Definitely do not recommend this location.
