Horrible experience ! I decided to give this location a try since it was closer, my pizza was very overcooked and slightly burnt ! I was blown away at the fact that they thought that this was ok to serve a customer, smh never again will I go to this location !

Nice pickup location. Service is always quick and spot on. Been ordering from here for 4+ years and can count on one hand the mistakes. Pretty great baking average if you ask me.

Ordered an 'overn baked chicken alfredo' pasta $6.99 and some other items. To our surprise, the plate only had about 20 penne pasta pieces and about 4 small chicken pieces. The plate (bowl) used to be halfway filled every time we ordered. For $6.99. This is not what they should provide. This location used to be somewhat better than other Dominos locations. Lately, this location have been been lacking the quality they had about a year ago. So cold quality check is just a gimmick. I would only order in the shop so I can check the quality and quantity myself prior to paying and picking up.

The was starting to be my favorite pizza place. They are close to my home. always Quick and the pizza is good and hot . It's been the same person delivering the pizzas then all all of sudden a lady comes ok cool maybe his day off or something. Then the next day I ordered and they had somebody else again, but they had issues finding my home for whatever reason it's clearly on the front of my mobile home. Even if it wasn't there but it is, the people on the left and right of me has visible numbers that you can go off of. so shouldn't have been an issue finding it. But like I said mine's clearly marked . So I called Domino's because I got a message that my order was canceled. Have no idea who answered the phone it was a female I asked her why and she said well they couldn't find your home oh we canceled that order you would have to reorder againWhat my house is literally 2 minutes so you're telling me by the time he got back to the store that is only 2 minutes away you did what with my pizza and didn't call to ask me any questions is he's there he's having trouble finding a place naked absolutely nothing and the lady hung up the phone on me pretty much when I was complaining about it I love Domino's Pizza so I will not give up eating Domino's but from the store I'm 100% done. And it's kind of petty. But if they can't take the time out to call just plain pissed off with this Domino's

Absolutely horrible experience. My pizza began being prepped at 2:05 with a 42 minute delivery wait. I was cool with that. My app updates to tell me my pizza was placed in the oven at 2:53, not cool with that. The lady I spoke with on the phone was cool until I voiced what was wrong and her demeanor immediately went to rude. General manager refused to get on the phone with me and refused to compensate me for how long it was taking them and instead rude lady asked “well do you want to cancel the order” WHY would I want to cancel after waiting this long, nope I’m contacting corporate though. Once my pizza finally arrived at 3:06 the 2 $6.99 pizzas were piping hot, however the $11.99 pizza was cold and soggy. I understand being busy but the rudeness, refusing to compensate me in any way for the inconvenience, and not even an I’m sorry makes me have zero empathy for you. After all you’re not the one that just spent $40 to wait over an hour and get a cold soggy pizza and lousy behavior from the establishment. Learn customer service if you are going to be working in a position that is mostly interacting with customers.

Walked in said good morning, she spoke. Then she approached the countertop I said what do you want, then I said 'I beg your pardon" she's again what do you want. Then she begins to tell me about her mom kidneys failing kids in trouble. Leave your problems at home don't take your problems out on your customers. Somebody please train her on customer service, and tell her to leave her problem at home, not to bring them to work.shes older looking with piercing in her face.
