Driver delivered to the wrong apartment across the street. Never got the food. Order through uber eats and I can see where the driver is at. Called him to explain that he’s at the wrong place and even gave him the full address again. He blamed uber must of had the address wrong. Would never order here again.

I'm taking my pizzas from here because I live closer, also is very fast doing the service. The only I noticed last weekend was that the guy who actually was preparing the pizzas (they were 2 guys but the other one is the one who was giving to the customers) was not wearing gloves, so he was actually touching every ingredient with his hands. I didn't like that at all, first is contamination from one ingredient to another one, and plus is not hygiene. Not sure if someone training them, but we see in every restaurant, the cooks ALWAYS wear gloves. The pizza of course goes to the oven and may kill any germ but is not ok on my eyes.

The food was surprisingly good, much better than Dominos in the past. I gave the service 4 stars because they had my very large order ready on time and cooked correctly. I took away the 5th star because their customer service was poor, they watched me struggle with a stack of pizzas to my car.

I place my order online, and when I got there 30min later they told me they had accidentally gave my order to someone else. That I should just wait 10 min for them remake it. They didn’t apologize and they didn’t offer to give me anything complementary. I understand they were very busy, but an apology would have earned them a few extra stars.

So I ordered a pizza, wanted to pay for it with a credit card and it took the lady at the other side of the phone three times to get my credit card right. Could barely understand or hear her. Five minutes after I ordered it I get a call saying they don’t deliver to where I’m living. I am less than 4 miles away and they don’t deliver and said go to the nearest one. Well, this is the nearest one what kind of customer service was this. I had the feeling right from the beginning. They didn’t want my business so they are not gonna get my business ever I’ll get my pizza somewhere else.

If I can give a zero I would. I ordered online pizza for my 11 year old's birthday party on April 20th. I was actually order number 1 as I was preparing early for that day. Then I went to the store number 8067 at about 12:20pm to pay for my order which was to be picked up at 5:15pm. My parents went to pick up the order at the scheduled time as I was at the bday party with many guests that were invited. At about 5:15pm I received a call from the manger of the Dominos store and told me that Dominos had given the wrong order of pizza to my parents and they need to go back and exchange. I was a little upset at the mistake. However, I tried to call my parents back but somehow the phone was not working and I couldn't get hold of them. In meantime I had a bday party going on with guests that were getting hungry. I called back the Dominos store and explained that my parents are not answering the phone and asked if Dominos can deliver the pizza for my order since it was their mistake. The manager at Dominos flat out told me that I didn't pay for delivery so if I wanted delivery I would need to pay more. I was very upset and frustrated at that point. Not only Dominos made a mistake by giving the wrong pizza, they also wanted me to pay for delivery so they can provide me the pizza that I had ordered and paid for? NO, I refuse to pay Dominos more money when they messed up my order in the first place. That left me with no choice, but to leave the bday party and drive to the Dominos store. When I walked at the store, I asked for the pizza and also asked for a refund due to all frustration and driving back and forth that was caused by Dominos. The Dominos store manager very rudely told me that she had thrown the pizza way. I am pretty sure she was lying but she continued says that the ordered was canceled, thrown away and she had canceled the order. I was very upset and told her that she is ruining an 11 year old's bday party but she didn't care and threaten to call the police. I told here I was going to get my phone from my car and record her rudeness and the way she was talking to me. I left the store to get my phone and she had locked the store's door on me. I still took a picture of her for everyone to see who she was and how rude she was. I left Dominos very upset and I still needed some pizza for the bday party. I immediately went to Little Caesar's pizza and the guy at the store saw how upset and concerned I was and told me he will take care of the pizza. I left the store 15 minutes later with 3 cheese pizza that he made quickly which he didn't even charge me for it. Thank God for this guy at Little Caesars that was so understanding and helped with the pizza.Needless to say, I will never go back to Dominos pizza due to the terrible bad attitude, and the lack of any customer service. That manager should be fired and not allowed to work.

This is my favorite location to order pizza. My order has even been favorited and now when I call to order, it’s almost automated? I am able to swap out some toppings and now it’s my mums favorite pizza place too. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
