I just placed an order online, and shortly after, Saira called to let me know that my order would take a little longer than the original wait time because they currently only have one driver available. I truly appreciated the courtesy call, and on top of that, she offered a dessert for the inconvenience.
The communication alone made a huge difference, and the kind gesture was very much appreciated. Great customer service!

Delivery driver Deborah says she doesn't have change, forcing you to give her a larger tip, taking advantage of people is absolutely ridiculous..called the manager, while she apologized..no resolution was offered..be aware of this particular driver.

I ordered my food at 10:33 PM. I was told that it would take 45 minutes to deliver my order. Remind you I’m only six minutes away from this location. I got a call back 45 minutes later telling me that my order will take an hour to get to me because something has been Messing up on the delivery person‘s car. I agreed to the late delivery they close at 12 she told me my order will be delivered to me around 12:30. It’s now 12:04am I’ve called the store multiple times just to conform my order nothing has been processed or delivered. My money has not been refunded back to my card and I am out of a pizza and also $16. I would love to get my refund back and hopefully this will never happen again. I ordered a chicken Alfredo with pineapples deep dish pizza. I have yet to receive that pizza and my refund has not been placed back on my card. This is not acceptable at all.

I love this dominos, they can get backed up sometimes but most of the time they are great!
Took an hour+ to get to my place then came in this condition guy left it on the floor at the door( even tho I have it to had to me) and took off also got another one of my pizzas wrong but no biggy on that still annoying that we left a good tip as well

On August 6, 2024 my delivery driver Kathy delivered my order and rung the doorbell even though I selected to have it left at the door due to a child I wanted to keep asleep. Both this time and last time I ordered from this location the delivery driver made it a point to express their dismay and comment on the tip amount. Yet, every time I select 20% or 20% + cash so I do not understand the unprofessional attitude along with comments. I spoke to the manager on shift Ms. Desiree and I hope to hear back from the store manager Kathleen. This is the first google review I have ever left, but for this to occur more than once is unacceptable and uncomfortable for consumers. Not only am I a consumer, but work in the hospitality industry and why I strongly believe in tipping this percentage. Kathy and my prior delivery driver presented themselves in a manner that is avaricious and far from hospitable. So much that I feel uncomfortable with the ill energy emitted and do not want to order from this location. If the drivers are from a different location (as I was told on the phone) I am more than willing to submit this review to the correct correlating location. Domino’s could improve in setting better standards for their delivery services and possibly seal orders to ensure the quality of the order is not being tampered with from unknown various drivers.

I SHOULD OF KNOWN BETTER GOING INTO A DOMINOS INSIDE OF WALMART ANYWAYS SO I JUST PLACED A CARRYPUT ORDER AND I WALK IN AND SEE THE CAUCASION GUY GETTING READY TO MAKE MY PIZZA WITH THE DOUGH THAT HAS JUST BEEN SITTING THERE SO THE CAUCASION LADY WHO HAS A PONYTAIL WITH GLASSES LIED RIGHT IN MY FACW ABOUT THE DOUGH BEING OLD THE EMBARRASSMENT FOR HER SHE LITERALLY LIED IN MY FACE IM GLAD I LWFT AND CANCELED MY ORDER THE WORKERS LOOK DIRTY NOT TO MENTION ANORHER GIRL MAYBE CAUCASION BLACK HAIR ASKS ME DID I NEED TO BUY SOMETHN AS IF IM A BLACK POOR LADY NOT KNOWING I ALREADY DID STUPID OF HER GLAD I CANCELLED
