Great employees Tracey is outstanding. He’s very helpful and he helps you. He helped me pick what I wanted and it was delicious and he’s just all around the perfect example of what a good customer service is supposed to look like. No care

This was my first time here and I was not pleased with my food or service at all.
First off, my meal was suppose to come with a side of rice and I did not recieve any at all. I wasn't told that it was out (as I read from the kiosk when looking at other sides) I just wasn't told or offered the option.
The birria meat on the tacos was scalding hot but yeah the cheese inside was not melty at all.
My partner ordered the quesadilla and her food wasn't even warm. The cheese wasn't melted, it was just stuffed with lukewarm meat.
I asked for no onions or pickled onions on my plates and I was still given those items.
Customer service was basically non existent aside from handing over a drink cup.
The only thing that was even decent was the birria ramen and I can only assume it's because it takes minimal effort to prepare this item. The decor was this places only saving grace but only that can get you so far.
The flavor of the food in general was lackluster, especially for the prices that we paid for just three people.
I was looking forward to trying this place out for years and was extremely disappointed in my choice. I will not be returning or recommending this place to any one.

Tried this place because I was looking for birria options in the area. If you are someone who actually enjoys real birria this is not the place. The meat was dry the tortilla was soggy. The consume was also not good. The cheese didn’t have any pull. Just another “instagramable” place that tries to look hip with not substance. Go to other small authentic places it will be 10x better.

They were out of the egg rolls which is what I stopped in for. The menu is otherwise very simple.
