I came around in the drive-through and my bacon was freezing cold. I asked them to change it out and they put it in the microwave and it was very soft and flimsy. My drink wasn’t made right I had to have them make my drink again and the third time they gave me bacon they made a comment about “the edges were a lil crispy” and my bacon is burnt so I guess that was a joke. I’m very unsatisfied.
I go to Dunkin often for the food & matcha lattes. Today on 1/18/26 I ordered an iced matcha latte, hash browns, and a seasoned bacon croissant. When I tell you as I took a sip of my drink while driving to work I had to HIT the steering wheel. My drink was that good. The man who made it needs a raise. He made my drink with LOVE.

The woman at the window was just awful. Extremely slow and incompetent. I’m pretty sure she did t know what she was doing. And was very rude.

Avoid at all costs ordered One drink, they asked me to pull forward while they make it at the drive-through and left me out there for 15 minutes while they were all talking inside and the drink was sitting right there ready to go. Plenty of other options nearby

They never have chocolate glaze donuts and they are slow at the drive thru for one simple donut 😩
No one would take my offer at the drive thru. Waited too long and finally left.

The service here is terrible. It has been every time I come. The staff is rude and the donuts have a weird aftertaste.

TRAIN YOUR STAFF PLEASE. They are awful and don’t know what they’re doing. TURN THE BEEPING DOWN. Why would anyone tolerate this?

This location is fine enough, but the drive thru needs to be fixed. Maybe add some arrows or cones designating which side to get in line from because people turn in off the road and get right in line but that blocks traffic. The drive thru line needs to stretch behind the building, not next to it where there’s traffic. Occasionally you see someone with common sense who starts the line going behind the building but that’s not often. The way there’s no markings or designations for the drive thru lane causes confusion and traffic issues

This place is awful: no maple doughnuts, hardly any seating in a teeny tiny space, and they BURNT my crescent. Why would you put a burnt crescent in the bag and hand it to the customer?? Redo it. I want my $5 back.

I go often because I’ve always liked Dunkin but…
- Take the time to train new staff on efficiency
- My longest wait has been on days when they had 7-8 people working and was just crashing into each other.
Training can’t happen during open work hours.

Talk about being cheap and ridiculous.
I made my Mobile Order and when I got to the window I asked for a small cup of Ice, and they actually rung it up on the register and asked me to pay .81 cents for the SMALL cup of ice.
WOW- it is not the .81 cents, it is the cheap way of doing business.
No wonder this location has a 2.7 rating
