I go to Dunkin often for the food & matcha lattes. Today on 1/18/26 I ordered an iced matcha latte, hash browns, and a seasoned bacon croissant. When I tell you as I took a sip of my drink while driving to work I had to HIT the steering wheel. My drink was that good. The man who made it needs a raise. He made my drink with LOVE.
This location is fine enough, but the drive thru needs to be fixed. Maybe add some arrows or cones designating which side to get in line from because people turn in off the road and get right in line but that blocks traffic. The drive thru line needs to stretch behind the building, not next to it where there’s traffic. Occasionally you see someone with common sense who starts the line going behind the building but that’s not often. The way there’s no markings or designations...
I go often because I’ve always liked Dunkin but…
- Take the time to train new staff on efficiency
- My longest wait has been on days when they had 7-8 people working and was just crashing into each other.
Training can’t happen during open work hours.
