Food is super good but service was very slow. I waited about 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Also tables were dirty with sticky stuff and crumbs. Employees were very nice and friendly though!

This is one of my go to spots, I love the spicy Cajun sandwich whoever every single time I've been in here the women making the sandwiches have the most god awful attitude ever. Tables parents clean and the drink station needs to be disinfected more often so it wouldn't looks so gross and be sticky. I offered to pay for extra sauce for both sandwiches and they wouldn't allow me to. I ended up arguing with one of the older women over sauce. If I'm spending $30-$40 anytime I come into this place there is no reason I'm having to beg for two tiny portion cups of extra sauce. The sandwiches are good but the service sucks!!also, the younger girl that was up there today was making food without gloves. Absolutely disgusting.

Friendly atmosphere, clean restaurant, fresh food. I would go there more often if it was closer to my home. I definitely love their food. I think that Firehouse Subs are the freshest, best-tasting, subs bar none.

I called in an order and the lady put me on hold for a while because she was talking to another customer while she had me on the phone. When she got on the phone and hung up on me. I called back placed my order and when I was done, she hung up on me again. My fiancé picked up the order. She flirted with him and asked if he had a girlfriend. After he told her he had a fiancé she continued to tell him she didn’t mind sharing. Very unprofessional and absolutely disrespectful service overall!!!

I use to go to the firehouse on 35 but it closed. I hate to say it I am glad it did. This Firehouse is absolutely the opposite experience. I felt so comfortable but most of all I felt important. Stacy was a super star in my eyes. He did not do anything special for me but just his persona was infectious. He took good care of and how he attended to everyone that came after was so genuine. I was so impressed by him I had to ask his name so I could mention him here. I can not wait to go back. The speed the crew made sand
wiches and got the orders out was perfect. This store could definitely be a training model for this company. 5 stars all day long. I had the smokehouse cheddar and brisket and it was so good.

They were back ordered about 29-30 sandwiches. Their menu list mayo or dressing on most sandwiches and you cannot see them make your sandwich. Too much risk of getting mayo. Sandwich not worth the risk or long wait.

They had 4 employees working but couldn’t manager to get orders out because a couple employees were having personal conversations about race. One worker went to restroom and didn’t was her hands. When brought to Manager Clinton attention he did nothing. Will never visit location again. Policy should be all employee wash their hands after coming out the restroom messing with food. Horrible!!
