The food was very delicious. There's was a little bit of a wait time, but wasn't horrible. The problem was, is they had no ventilation whatsoever for what they were cooking on the grill, the entire store was completely smoke-filled. So when you walked in, you got quick, little eye burn, but other than that was a good visit.

Friendly greeting upon entry firehouse subs ! 7 to 8 tables inside, quick friendly service too ! The gentleman that took our order was friendly and gave good suggestions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor, consistency and texture of their new fries. I tried the New York Steamer and wasn’t a fan- I’ll stick to my regular subs.
The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly!

My family (especially the kids) love this place and we order from here around once a month. The past 2 visits (latest one being 7/15) I've had to wait 1.5 hours and 1 hours, respectively, for my order beyond the scheduled pick up time. I don't know what's going on since they are typically right on time for on-line orders prior to my last two visits. I will likely not visit this location for a quite a while or until I know they have fixed whatever is happening with these extremely long wait times. Seriously, I could have gone to a proper sit down restaurant and gotten in and out faster.
