This store is clean, service is exceptional and staff is friendly. Let’s not talk about how clean the restroom was! For the most part my patty melt was a 10 out of 10. Check them out for yourself

I just left here On Friday, November 21st. The service and atmosphere were OK but the fries tasted like someone dumped a jar of salt in my bag. If it was an accident, they should've just started over or gave me a different batch of fries. So many large lumps of salt flakes in the bottom of the container...So disappointing.

Very nice lady, I’m assuming the manager took my order and made an effort to ensure my order was delivered correctly. Burger was spot on and the extra crispy fries were perfect. 5⭐️

I received my burger with a lot of pickles and when i went to ask them to remake it, they said “what are you allergic to pickles or something?” and then they remade it and i found two hairs in it. Based in their attitude, I think they put the hairs in my burger on purpose. Mistakes happen but the service was terrible so it made the experience bad.

Sat 7/19/25 8 pm Food was delivered to my home by mistake. I called the store to let them know, when I asked for the supervisor, the guy said he was the supervisor. As I tried to explain the situation, he kept talking over me, when I asked him to let me talk, he said no and kept talking over me and hung up on me. I called back, the same guy answered, I asked his name and he hung up on me again! He needs to be fired, knows nothing about customer service. If I was the owner, I'd like to know how my employees are treating my customers and deal with them accordingly, before they start ruining my business.

1 star because once I arrived to the location, all the lights were off. If they actually close before THE TIME that says online, I recommend updating it. Very disappointing and I had most definitely arrived way before closing time.
