Sat 7/19/25 8 pm Food was delivered to my home by mistake. I called the store to let them know, when I asked for the supervisor, the guy said he was the supervisor. As I tried to explain the situation, he kept talking over me, when I asked him to let me talk, he said no and kept talking over me and hung up on me. I called back, the same guy answered, I asked his name and he hung up on me again! He needs to be fired, knows nothing about customer service. If I was the owner, I'd like to know how my employees are treating my customers and deal with them accordingly, before they start ruining my business.

1 star because once I arrived to the location, all the lights were off. If they actually close before THE TIME that says online, I recommend updating it. Very disappointing and I had most definitely arrived way before closing time.

Hair was in my burger bacon was not well done like I asked manager was very rude and acted as if I was wrong for telling them about the service and wanting a refund,will not be buying anything from the Pearland restaurant again

The burgers were just okay. The prices were way too expensive. We paid over $30 for two small burgers, one medium fries and one soda. One of us got a cup of water. We will not be going back.

Just order online and I got there in 5 minutes. Our fries were so old that they tasted like cardboard. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving us those fries!!! $37 wasted on shitty food and service. Go elsewhere

I loved the Five Guys by my old apartment in League City. My husband and I decided to try out this location for the first time with our kids. The girl taking our order seemed confused which I can possibly chalk up to our kids talking over each other. However, then our order was made wrong and we were missing a burger. When explaining it to the manager she was being super rude and defensive even though nothing she was saying matched what we had on our table. They did remake our missing burger and we got it after an additional 10 minutes. The veggie sandwich was luke warm and gross too. Definitely never coming back.
