I got less food than the last time I was there

Always a nice experience!

First of all…ew! I haven’t been to a freebirds in over 10 years. I was excited to try, again ~felt nostalgic! I guess I’m a “boomer” or a “Karen” now bc this place was not it. I said hello to the staff and she literally turned her back. I shrugged it off bc i thought maybe she didn’t hear me(i know she did :p). When she turned back around she just stood there; i proceeded to order but i couldn’t hear anything she was saying! I told my husband to take over ordering bc it was difficult to understand her. I’m shy and have dealt with anxiety- so i don’t really let quietness affect me. But her demeanor felt rude and annoyed that we were even there. Anyway, I went to go sit down at a table but then my husband calls out to tell me that they said we couldn’t eat inside bc they were “closed” inside. (It was around 815 and closing time says 930). I understand starting early but close off a section or at least let people know this when they walk in. Also, girly didn’t even use a spoon to serve rice. She dipped the bowl in there~ lazy :p I’m disappointed. I would give them benefit of the doubt and say maybe they were having an “off” day but after reading other reviews - i think everyday is an “off” day for them. So i won’t be coming back. But hey, im just one person :) so i know it wont really affect business. Best of luck, freebirds!

SO I ORDERED A BURRITO WITH EXTRA MEAT.....NEEDLESS TO SAY I RECIEVED A BURRITO EXTRA RICE AND BEANS...LITTLE TO NO MEAT. THROW THE WHOLE STAFF AWAY

The service was rude the food was trash n when I asked for half sauce they piled it on the bottom of the burrito and it was my first time being there. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

This place is a shadow of its former self. Ordered a monster bowl with extra protein and got tricked with a regular bowl with barely any protein. Used to love this place and came in weekly. Never coming back again.

I tried to order a Kimchi Bowl. The server did not know what I was talking about. I showed her the display that was right in front of her. She said it's just a sauce.

Korean BBQ and Kimchi is not a sauce.

She then said they don't have it. I said ok and left.

My food was cold, Twice and the music was so loud I couldn't hear the server at all, but when I asked if they could turn it down they didn't control how loud it was. This is the one in Pearland. Don't believe I'll visit that one again

The portion size is laughable. I purchased the "monster" size and its not even half full. I feel like I wasted my money. Even Chipotle, who is notoriously stingy, gives more food.

Frist time going there. The price is great. Food is fresh. Plan to go back

This location has gone downhill. After several years eating here without issue, our last two orders have zero meat in sight. After paying extra for “prime rib” meat, I would expect to see some meat in the burrito!
