If you have an ear piece and are carrying on a personal conversation when a customer comes in, hang up. Don't continue the conversation. Not sure if the man I dealt with is the owner, but if you are you need to learn how to properly interact with your customers. When I walked in I mentioned their pumpkin cookies and asked if they were available. Individual kept talking on the phone never acknowledging my question. The only time I was acknowledged was when he told me I owed $2.50 for the sugar cookie I ended up buying. Will not purchase from this location again.

I am deeply disappointed to share my experience at this Great American Cookies location — the worst I've ever been to. The customer service was abysmal, and my family and I were treated with utter disrespect. The young Hispanic girl working the cash register was particularly rude, making faces and displaying an unprofessional attitude. Her behavior was not only disrespectful but also incredibly discouraging. This place is beyond horrible. I will be filing a formal complaint for the atrocious service we received. Never again will I bring my business here.

Came here after having brunch next door at Torchy’s. This store is run by a very sweet family, who greeted us with smiles and suggestions. Their cookies are super soft and fresh. Really cannot go wrong with anything you get here. There is plenty of parking. We got the sugar cookie and blue berry muffin cookie. Both are super delicious!

National chain cookie company specializes in fresh cookies! The associates were very attentive. The place seemed clean. Everyone was wearing a face mask! Kind of makes you wonder at this stage of covid.

Always get my birthday cakes here, they are nice & their work is pretty !

Amazing chewy cookies. Great selection. My favorite was a pecan cookie.Ice cream is super good too. Much better than typical ice cream.I was impressed with the service too. The guy who served us was quick and efficient. We thought it was cool that he threw the scoop of ice cream into the air and caught it in the bowl.

They have a variety of options to choose from but we quite enjoyed the cookie sandwich with frosting in between 2 chocolate chip cookies.
