Great American Cookies

Great experience. Ordered online about a week in advance. Cookie was exactly like pictured, pickup was easy. It also tasted great and was a great price.

This is the best Great American Cookie location I have ever visited! The staff are super sweet and professional, and the general manager Jackie is AWESOME! Also, it’s always super clean in here and a great vibe!

non existent service. one person went through the motions of bagging up items…no box for cookie slice (thin as 5 sheets of paper), and the other person on their phone…likely busy resolving a world crisis. will not return.

DONT GO HERE!! Terrible handwriting on the cake and not enough frosting. So disappointed. This location skimped out on the amount of frosting used. The border dollops were so small, and the words didn’t take up enough space on the cake to the point where it looked awkward. Go somewhere else. :(

i’ve been to this location twice now and both times the pretzel bites were hard and not buttery. literally just hard bread with burnt salt.

The most awful experience ever. I got one slice of cookie cake for my child. We got back to the car. She said it’s so hard and old tasting. We went back to the store. The lady started to panic and said I got it from an old tray. They are selling old and dried cookies. We paid $5 for one slice of old cookie. She handed us another piece which was not any better. We just left. Won’t ever go back in there. Terrible customer service. Selling you old cookies.

I visited this location in October 27, 2024 with my child for a chocolate chip cookie. I was craving one and our usual spot was out of them. I looked up a place nearby that had them and cookie is in the title of this bakery/restaurant, so of course It should be good, right? My friends, these cookies are flat, underbaked, floppy, and gritty! If you want disappointment for dessert, visit this place!

And don’t be fooled thinking they care if they respond to a review. It’s for show and they do not follow up!

Easy to order online only difference is waiting 2 hours for pickup vs 15 minutes if you were ordering in store for a custom cake, but I didn’t mind since I ordered ahead of time! They followed instructions & it came out pretty good :)

Horrible service, the young man working refused to sell us cookies because we didn’t have a mask. Was going to use our shirts to cover up and he said no it had to be a mask. Also, I asked him kindly to sell me the cookies while I wait outside the store and he said no I needed a mask. Went to the car to get one just to come back and they didn’t even have any cookies. Not to mention there was no one else here. I even showed proof of my vaccine card. Will not give this store service ever again.

The service is exceptional - I adore the manager and how professional she is. I also appreciate her common sense and part in ensuring the safety, health and cleanliness of the establishment!
