Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen {Shadow Creek}

My family and I always have an Amazing experience when we go to the Shadow Creek location! For one we have one server by the name of CIDNE!! She always makes sure our food and I time there is on point! We can always leave happy every time we visit.

Loved the Ambiance and food in general . Luis recommended the best plate for me and sure enough I loved it !

My daughter came in to pick up a call in order. When she brought my food I realized that they had given me the wrong drink. I called back and the manager for that particular night said oh keep that drink and we will refund the money. The drink was $16 they never refunded the money nor did they try to reimburse the difference of the pricing between the two. I called back and Monica said if I couldn't produce the actual receipt there was nothing to be done even though we had the bank transaction to prove the date and time stamp of the situation. This place has zero integrity when it comes to customer service. So if you ever have and mishaps please never throw your receipt away. We went back in on another date and paid the full price again. We use to eat there at least once a week and the ticket was always over $100. So they really sumned it up as we were trying to get something for nothing and that's not how we do things. So if you want quality of services without being judged go somewhere else. Yes and order everything off the menu but the beef. Never again all I can say.

Had an awesome time on Halloween! Everyone was dressed really cool. My server was dressed as Alice in Wonderland and she was awesome. Mango margarita tasted amazing. Food was delicious.

Super Awesome I love the atmosphere and the this one beautiful bartender the drinks are good and the seafood is great.

Hadn't been there in awhile and the food quality and portion sizes have definitely declined, while prices increased. The quesadilla was very greasy, taco salad was mostly salad with very little meat, etc. I definitely will not be back.

Celebrated my niece 44th Birthday, We had a nice time,food was on point. The only complaint I had was, it was uncomfortably cold, but when asked make it warmer......they did exactly that......Thank you.......NOT TOO MANY RESTAURANTS WILL ADJUST THE AIR FOR YOU, SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR INCREASING THE TEMP.
