My experience today was great the shoppers were many going about their Sunday grocery shopping the deli customer service was very pleasant and one lady with a mask on was extremely pleasant and quiet refreshing the cashier was very friendly what a experience at HEB on Pearland Parkway.

They always have everything we need to make all of our favorite dishes at home. Another great thing is their HEB, Central Market, MI Tienda, and Hill Country brand foods are the best of all the other store brands.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Racist Behavior
I had a very upsetting experience at this store today. The cashier named Jerry made a completely racist and unnecessary comment, which was both offensive and unprofessional. To make it worse, she laughed afterward, as if it were a joke.
No customer should ever have to experience such disrespect or discrimination, especially in a place of business that serves a diverse community. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s management and training.
I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper action is taken so no one else has to go through what I did. I will definitely think twice before returning until I see that steps have been taken to address this issue.

If I could put Zero stars I would. I recently made a curbside order and couldn't go to pick it up at the time I picked. Ivan Rodriguez sent me an email that I can pick up my order the next day and I agreed that I will pick it up. I go by the next day to puck up my order to find out that another representative canceled my order. I wanted ti.e and gas picking up my order. I've since then attempted to use the app to order and the cart doesn't show on my app. This location and app are 💩

Love this store and location! I always get my seafood,fruits and veggies here! Best around!
We shop here at least 3x a week. Always clean, and the staff are always going the extra mile. Employees ask if I need help finding anything when they see me having a hard time in the aisle looking for something – and if not on the shelf they offer to go check in the back. Cashiers are always happy and kind and the baggers as well. As a mom of two littles the guy in the parking lot has helped me many times look for a car- buggie which I find so helpful! No other HEB location matches the vibes like this location. We loved the set up they did recently and definitely needed a pic with it! Thanks Pearland Parkway! ❤️

HEB ISN'T JUST THE BEST STORE IN TEXAS BUT, THE BEST DISASTER RELIEF. THEY STAY READY AND GO WHEN NEEDED!! I CAN ATTEST TO THAT SINCE I CAN REMEMBER AS A CILD AND HURRICANES. ❤️

Customer service is not all that great we deal with a lot of attitudes from the younger employees when we ask for simple help they either roll there eyes or come off very sassy it makes me very uncomfortable
