Just moved back to the Houston area. I used to eat at the downtown and heights location all the time. I was bummed to find those locations closed. Was in the area of this location and figured Id give it a try. The burgers were ok... I had a couple people with me who had never tried it and they enjoyed the burgers. This location isnt as good as the locations that closed. If you are expecting that quality I would adjust your expectations. I'll try it again once more just to give a second chance but for now if you were a regular of the heights or downtown locations I'd say look for another place.Parking: Plenty of parking spots during a Saturday lunch.

Food was insanely good, portions absolutely ridiculous.Got a double Decker fully loaded with jalapenos cause was thinking fast food sizing and I like spicy. Way under estimated this thing, was the size of my head, and no joke one of the best burgers I've ever eaten.Hit a point where I was super full but kept going, cause was that good, and honestly I don't regret it.Havnt tried their other burgers, but this monster (easily feed two people) was totally worth it.Parking: Easy parking

Wasn't very busy when I walked in. One group eating already, and one couple ordering to go who got their food about 5 mins after we walked in (we walked in at the same time). $5 cheeseburgers on Mondays, so why not? I got that with an order of chili cheese fries and a drink $15. I waited about 10 mins and a group of 6 guys walked in, they ordered and sat down. She brought them their food before mine, and she also tried to give MY food to them. He looked at her oddly n said no when she repeated the order in her hand. So she looked at me and said, "This yours?" I said, yes. She didn't even apologize for bringing my food to them or for them getting served before me when I was waiting about 25 mins. My burger was barely warm, and didn't have much flavor. The fries were salty and soggy and tasted a bit burned. I see why this place isn't crowded. Oh, and the tables were all sticky, like they haven't been properly cleaned in a while.I'm not sure why they have 4.5 stars. Will not be returning.

The burgers were great as usual, very juicy and filling(we’ve eaten here before). The service however was Impeccable, Ella our waitress was very sweet and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and at home. She’s funny, very informative and her personality is outstanding! She remembered a family member couldn’t have too much salt, and she personally made a note for the cooks to make the fries with less salt. The food is great but Ella is the reason we come back again and again.

The weekly specials are fantastic, try the fried catfish burger! At least once a week I just don't feel like making dinner and Hubcap is always there to help with a quick meal at a good price. I live 5 minutes away and call in my order before I leave. It's almost always ready as I'm walking into the restaurant. $5 cheeseburger specials, $10 combos on certain weeks. These are fast food prices for a sit down burger. You get much more food for the money, along with friendly & quick service. I'm telling you, the catfish burger is the size of my head. I'll add a photo the next time I get one.

Hello Hubcap Grill, it was nice meeting you, finally! The fried zucchini sticks were really good- crunchy on the outside while the zucchini inside were still pretty juicy. The Hubcap Decker was great. It didnt have any of the unnecessary fancy/ crazy stuff. Back to the basics with 2 thick and juicy beef patties and the regular stuff that one would find in classic burgers like lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cheese (I guess that's it!) the simplest is the best, this was just perfect! The Greek fries were alright, perhaps it was just me who didn't like feta cheese. Hope the owner would consider opening a new location in Sugar Land/ Missouri City!
If you love meat this is the place for you! These burgers are huge! Moist and juicy beef and steak fries. They even bottle their own drinks. Prices are reasonable. It's such a vibe!
