Furious. Ordered online. It took my Order and took my money. Showed up 5 minutes before pickup and although Open sign was still lit up and lights in the kitchen you could see where still were on, lights in the front of the place were turned off and tried repeatedly to call both numbers and banged on the door and no one came to the front. Still 30 minutes before they're supposed to close. No food. No refund. They took my money. They used to be my go to for fast Chinese. NOT great but convenient. This is the last time I get food here. Don't waste your time!!!!

If you order from this restaurant often, is about time to get sick with a stomach bug or poison. I moved to Pearland more than a year ago, and I wanted a good Chinese restaurant to do take out. Never in years eating in other 2 Chinese rest in north part of town I got sick, at the point I had to run to an ER to find relief for my pain and illness. They clearly are not CLEAN and run same oil for fry over and over the food and the seafood maybe is not fresh!. A close friend just got very sick days ago, she is now at the hospital. Some restaurants NEED TO BE evaluated or check for hygiene, who knows how is inside! TERRIBLE to do this to the public.

We ordered delivery online from this establishment. We ordered the wonton soup, egg rolls, steamed dumplings, crab rangoons, and orange chicken. The wonton soup was good, a little on the bland side, but overall good. The steamed dumplings and crab rangoons were spot on and very tasty. The egg rolls were soggy with a hot exterior and almost cold interior. The orange chicken was bland, and the chicken chunks were huge. The biggest issue we had with the chicken was that it was of terrible quality. The chicken was tough and chewy and we had a difficult time cutting the chunks into smaller pieces using the plastic utensils it came with, so we had to use steak knives to actually cut the chicken. I was sorely disappointed in the food quality here and can't recommend eating at this establishment.

I ordered online and tipped for delivery. They usually deliver very fast, so when I didn’t get my order, I called. They informed me they didn’t have a driver and that I could take it up with credit company to get my tip back. My daughter had to go for the order. Then, there were no utensils or napkins after they were requested when the order was entered. When I called them, they put me on hold. After 10 minutes of no answer. I hung up.

Just don't go!

Generally I enjoy the Orange Chicken from this establishment. My family are frequently placing orders for home delivery and the quality & portion sizes are abundantly great. Today because I am at a hotel and honestly didn’t think to order direct, instead I used Uber. HUGE Mistake as the quantity was less and my brown rice had clumps of soggy white rice.

Regardless of how an order is placed, in restaurant, direct delivery or third party delivery there should not be ANY deviation in what a customer receives. #disappointed

The guy taking my order at the front is rude and not friendly for someone being a first time customer ! I felt rushed when I was ordering ! But not only that the food was disgusting and over priced! I will never come back again and I hope this place shuts down so we could have better food places in pearland. Thanks but no thanks!

I asked for sweet-and-sour chicken over rice and this is what I got. I don’t even know if this is real chicken.

Take out only place.

Living in West Pearland, it’s challenging to find good food, so I was hopeful this spot would become one of my go-to takeout places. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. The sign on the door said “takeout only,” so I decided to give it a try since I was in the area. I ordered a few specialties, like Happy Family, based on online recommendations.

While everything was edible, the food was bland, overly starchy, and had a gummy texture. Sadly, most of it ended up in the garbage. I never thought I’d say this, but Panda Express is 100 times better. The egg drop soup, in particular, was disappointing—filled with clumps of egg yolks and egg whites that made me a bit queasy. Overall, it’s a hard pass for me. Off putting customer service.

I never do reviews but this food was disgusting. I ordered shrimp Lo mein and other things . Everything tasted spoiled and rotten. Even the rice was awful!
Save yourself food poising and don’t buy from this place. This place needs to shut down immediately. 0 stars
