Terrible when picking up. I was not told I needed a hard hat before going there. Drove over an hour to get there and was expected to go back or "go buy one" (as I was told by shipping). All I needed was to borrow one. The shipping supervisor was a **** about it, saying, "I can't help you" and "I don't know what to tell you" (even though he didn't have a hard hat on). Finally, after 2 trips to the front office, received one from the receptionist, then shipping really took his time getting my paperwork ready. He serviced 3 other customers that came in after me. The whole pickup process took 55 minutes for one small pallet. I hope I can find the material I need elsewhere next time.

Great place. Got unloaded fast , the facility is spotless. Very professional company .. Can't wait to go back.
