I have gone there about 2-3 times now around 10-12 at night. See the same guy everytime, and like always he makes sure everything is up to par! His name is David!!! So if anyone decides to stop at this JITB make sure DAVID is in the building. David will take care of you.

I had the experience of Aser placing an order and arriving and they only told me they had already picked it up and since I brought the phone then the cashiers only crossed their eyes with the person at the window I do not recommend this store bad service then they took the phone out of the order just to desir we can't give the order and we can't return the money either wooo money in the air just swallow my anger
The food was delightful and warm. However, the lady who served us at the drive-thru was rather unenthusiastic. She kept saying "mmm huh" after everything my husband said.Her demeanor seemed to suggest that she wasn't particularly fond of being there. Upon reaching the window, we continued to show our respect by expressing our thanks and gave smiles. She still gave off weird vibes. I believe that this lady is not the ideal candidate for her role. I understand everybody needs a job. However, this may not be the best role for her. Maybe switching things up where she doesn't have to have contact with customers would be better. I will not be returning to this location.

It amazes me the quality of Jack in the box has drastically changed over the years (Not in a good way). When you ask for taco’s, just meat and cheese. You expect, taco’s with just meat and cheese. Folks, this isn’t a hard concept at all, the taco’s come in a box. You add the taco to the fryer, place the taco into a taco tray then add a half slice of cheese to each taco.
Apparently, instead of that, i received taco’s with wilted lettuce, which means it’s been sitting there a while or the lettuce was bad. This isn’t the first time, my order has been wrong at all, it’s happened several times.
