Just went in for a quick lunch. The food was cold, the lady was rude, and it was .25 cents a piece for extra buttermilk... What happened to halfway filling the bag up? lol JK. Not sure when they started doing that...
The food was delightful and warm. However, the lady who served us at the drive-thru was rather unenthusiastic. She kept saying "mmm huh" after everything my husband said.Her demeanor seemed to suggest that she wasn't particularly fond of being there. Upon reaching the window, we continued to show our respect by expressing our thanks and gave smiles. She still gave off weird vibes. I believe that this lady is not the ideal candidate for her role. I understand everybody...
I quit going to this location 6/7 Mths ago because of an employee who was one of the rudest people I’ve come across in customer service! I’ve been in retail Management most of my life.I stopped by on 12/7 in drive through and was helped by Andy, who was extremely helpful and polite! I understand that other “problem employee”, was no longer there because of said issue. I’m giving them another shot thanks to Andy’s helpful disposition!
