The last couple of times I have stopped in here, the dining area was a mess, the trash can was overflowing, the tables were dirty, and the floors looked nasty. I guess the employees couldn't break away from their gossip session to be bothered with work, They managed to get my order right, and the wait time was reasonable. It looked like it was thrown together and tossed on a tray. I get it, presentation is typically not a strong suit in fast food circles, but come on, it should be better than this.

Ordered 2 Jumbo Jack Jr's with mustard, no ketchup or mayo. We got ketchup & mayo but no mustard. The burgers were cold. Truck was at window for almost 10 minutes, way to long. Won't be going back

Sitting on a 4-way intersection, google Maps was a little off guiding me to the entrance. Not seeing the signs, I had to double back just to hit the correct one.

Parking: If you come to 1521 Jack in the box you will be satisfied between the hours of 10:00 and 6:00 I'm the manager,, and will not ever disrespect no one please stop lying on 10-6 shift really all because those are kids and we all have some learning to do so please adjust to what a grown woman is saying
Kid-friendliness: Let the kids do what they want if parents minds but has to clean after and yes I do and did sign up for thisc job and love it
Wheelchair accessibility: There is access for and human bean if on wheels chairs or walking you will get servers

Terrible experience. The staff are rude, undertrained, and spread thin. The manager on duty said that if I didn't like their service that I should go to whataburger. Their tables were all filthy and the restroom was disgusting.

The service at this establishment is abysmal from the hours of 1am to 7am, several tactics are used by the staff to turn away customers including claiming they only accept cash or claiming there systems need to reboot, I have even returned an hour later after being told the system needs to be rebooted to be told the same excuse. I do not think any business can truly be open 24 hours a day. This franchise needs to change their hours of business to reflect when they will actually serve customers and not waste the time of people who have to work jobs at odd hours. This has been an ongoing problem for a couple years now and I think another 24 hour restaurant should replace it.
Everytime I order on line my tacos come with just the slapped on meat looking stuff.No lettuce or cheese.EVER.

We drove up following Hurricane Beryl and the manager walked out using her broken English saying “we closed Momma.” “We only taking cash.” I said, “ok, we have cash.” She replied, “no we closed.” I don’t know how she could decide discriminately when they close and force us out of the drive thru! Do better!

They deserve negative stars Very very very rude drive thru staff … then when they screwed up my t order after I had to repeat myself 4!!!!! Freaking times they get snotty rude and Very unprofessional with me yelling at me trying to justify their stupid mistakes when I repeated myself times they rolled their eyes when I tried to tell them I had said it multiple times….. sooooo MAYA AT BROADWAY JIB LEARN TO LISTEN BE RESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS AND DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY AND THAT OTHER CHICK THAT WAS WITH YOU BEING RUDE!!!!! And thank you for wasting 20!!! Minutes of my day to still receive no food and you got all Butt hurt when I asked to just get refunded cuz you wanna argue me when I said my order 4 times!!!!
