I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jack in the Box. I placed a large order totaling $52 to feed my family during a road trip. From the beginning the lady in the drive through couldn’t understand what I wanted and that was confusing. We were about two hours into our ride before realizing that half of our order was missing—including full meals we paid for. We trusted that the team had double-checked the order, especially with it being such a large amount. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and there’s no way for us to turn around and get the missing items. Not only was this frustrating, but it also left some of my family members without food during a long trip. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially when people are relying on your service while traveling. I hope Jack in the Box improves their order accuracy and customer service to prevent this from happening to other families. This place needs a fix of NEW HEAD MANAGEMENT!

If you don’t have a lot of money and you’re trying to Get something to eat you can’t go wrong, but what I learned, quality, and freshness isn’t something you get from Jack-in-the-Box, Good customer service is not something you get from Jack-in-the-Box, just a low cost meal.

I got food poisoning from the tacos the restaurant looks in bad condition and ,they took long to get my food…but u can clearly see them talking and it’s makes me sad bc at the end of the day they got my order wrong

The last couple of times I have stopped in here, the dining area was a mess, the trash can was overflowing, the tables were dirty, and the floors looked nasty. I guess the employees couldn't break away from their gossip session to be bothered with work, They managed to get my order right, and the wait time was reasonable. It looked like it was thrown together and tossed on a tray. I get it, presentation is typically not a strong suit in fast food circles, but come on, it should be better than this.
Ordered 2 Jumbo Jack Jr's with mustard, no ketchup or mayo. We got ketchup & mayo but no mustard. The burgers were cold. Truck was at window for almost 10 minutes, way to long. Won't be going back

Sitting on a 4-way intersection, google Maps was a little off guiding me to the entrance. Not seeing the signs, I had to double back just to hit the correct one.

Parking: If you come to 1521 Jack in the box you will be satisfied between the hours of 10:00 and 6:00 I'm the manager,, and will not ever disrespect no one please stop lying on 10-6 shift really all because those are kids and we all have some learning to do so please adjust to what a grown woman is saying
Kid-friendliness: Let the kids do what they want if parents minds but has to clean after and yes I do and did sign up for thisc job and love it
Wheelchair accessibility: There is access for and human bean if on wheels chairs or walking you will get servers

Terrible experience. The staff are rude, undertrained, and spread thin. The manager on duty said that if I didn't like their service that I should go to whataburger. Their tables were all filthy and the restroom was disgusting.
