Don't appreciate that they automatically charge and give you large drink and fries without asking.

I just left today. It is 1:22 AM on a Monday the Hispanic guy that’s a manager there with the glasses very rude. This isnt my first time visiting the location and he does not say you’re welcome. I told him thank you repeatedly. He is always rude.
-**** UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER VISITED LAST NIGHT JULY 31 BETWEEN 1030pm-1037pm SAME GUY STILL RUDE AND SODA DIGUSTING THE SPRITE AND ORANGE NO ICE WAS GIVEN IN CUPS SODA WAS HOT TASTED GROSS!!

I just had the best jack in the box of my life today, ive had jack in the box hundreds of times but this just hit different. it would be one thing if one of the 3 things i ordered was made good, but no EVERY SINGLE THING was the best version ive had up until this point. Tacos were filled up more (yes i know they come prefilled) cheese in them was melty, taco shell was crisp not soggy, even the meat tasted better than normal, now i would have been excited from just that... When I opened up that chicken tater melt i could instantly tell that it was going to be great. I could tell by looking at it that the cheese and sauce were both perfectly combined and overflowing, what was already my favorite thing on the menu looked like the best i had ever seen it, you would think that that was the best part. No.. when i bit into it i was even more surprised to find that both the hash brown and the chicken were fried to perfection. The crunch from them paired with the bacon plus the cheese and sauce flooding in immediately after was something only comparable to pure bliss. I was instantly hit with my inner demons fighting each other on whether to scour down the sandwich because it was THAT good or to take my time to savor every bite. The best part is that each bite after was just as good as the last. Finally.... I opened up the mini churros thinking there was absolutely no way they could match it, and i did stand correct, im not sure if any jack in the box will be the same after having that sandwich.... But i will tell you this, those mini churros were perfectly warm, crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside, perfect coated in cinnamon and sugar, made me forget that they came from a fast food establishment.
Now i sit here, a smile on my face taking the time to write this review, enjoying the moment.... knowing i will likely never have jack in the box this good in my life. whoever's working in that kitchen right now... Thank you, this was a beautiful experience.

Returned my food because the staff was rude , and they took a few minutes just to make contact with me and take my order and saying well we are out of ones (at 8 am on a Wednesday) and I'm gonna have to take quarters , so I make a joke about complimentary fries or hash browns and they get agitated and act like it's my fault I have to take quarters . Unprofessional and the store was dirty.

Literally ordered tacos, a burger, and 2 waters and all I got was the 6 tacos. Needless to say the burger was for a patient in the hospital down the road and I had to drive all the way back for it and I still didn’t get my waters. Oh and they didn’t have ranch either! No wonder it’s dead there!!

Went through the Drive thru and the Cashier said that it was not taking any orders due to shift change. It was 10:20 pm. He took care of 2 other vehicles in front of us. This is the 2nd time that this restaurant had an issue on serving customers. The last time they said they were closed, it was 8:00 pm. It obvious that this is something management allows to happen. Poor and horrible service. Do better!!

I'm visit this location today b 8 pm the doors is already close the person came just to said in need to go through the window waiting for more and 30 minutes ouside just for two burgers then went i asking he tells me still working this is unacceptable 35 minutes for 1 order please jack in the box neen some changes.

Monday 5 pm, doors are locked with workers inside. Ended up parking ouside and waited 30 minutes for my order. They handed the order to me and promptly closed the door. Only got half of my order...

Avoid this location.

I just came from jack in the box not even 5 minutes ago and I tell you the don’t know what there doing there are disorganized and my husband could ain’t even enjoy his meal and I have been calling to speak to a manager no answer saying busy Lin I will be calling in the morning and going up there in the am to speak to a direct manager my husband found bones in his foo and the fries where cold and they did not put no ice in re drinks could not enjoy something you hav been wanting and it turns out nasty

One of the employees including the manager, gave me an attitude every time I come here I assume that they don’t like me every time I come here, I work somewhere next-door to get like breakfast and lunch they gave me like small fries when I ordered medium fries , which I had to order large fries to get like medium fries if this happens again, I’m never coming back again i’ll take my business somewhere else

I recently visited this Jack in the Box location with my sisters, who was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was disorganized, messy, and lacked basic cleanliness.

When we walked in, there was no one at the front register to take orders. The employees seemed entirely focused on the drive-thru and barely acknowledged customers inside. Instead, we were told to use the kiosk to place our order. After doing so, we waited 30 minutes without any updates. Meanwhile, another customer who had ordered within that same timeframe expected their food, yet we hadn’t even completed our payment.

When we finally asked about our order, the staff checked their system and found a $48 order—but the overall experience was far from worth it. The poor customer service, lack of organization, and complete disregard for in-person customers made this visit frustrating. It seems like they prioritize drive-thru orders while neglecting walk-in customers. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

If there was an option for no STAR,I would but zero.
