Went for a snack around 9pm Just 4 tacos and 2 orders of fries. Worse choice ever. Fries were cold and soggy and tacos were cold and dripping with oil. Took a long time to get my order so i was thinking they were making it fresh. I thought may be it was a fluke returned the next day just to see if it was a fluke NOPE something two days in a row. Simple tacos and fries. Came home took one bite threw it away wasted my money. Me and my family will not be returning. Yall lost a customer for life with that Jack in the Box still mad typing this.

Ramon that works the overnight shift needs a new job! His customer service is HORRIBLE! His attitude was so bad I almost drove off. He acted like I was disturbing him when all I was doing was ordering food for me and my kids. Ramon get a new job that doesn’t require customer service or work the morning shift!!!

I door dash late night. Often when going to this location the guy pulls everyone around and mixed up the orders. 3 cars and not one order correct. Worse he sometimes disappears mid shift with none to be found in store. The won't answer calls or respond to knocks at the door. Which leads dashes to report store closed. After you leave they'll turntable up like nothing happened.

I was here for breakfast, my drink was given to me with the lid not secure. She advise me. I tried to gently accept and secure the lid. But the Large Red punch splashed all over my vehicle inside and out. My pants got soaked. I couldn't finished my errands. The employee apologized and gave me some sanitizing wipes. That stripped my interior.
I will NEVER go back. I spent the next hour cleaning red punch out of my vehicle. Unacceptable.

Don't appreciate that they automatically charge and give you large drink and fries without asking. The meat was in the salty side.

I just left today. It is 1:22 AM on a Monday the Hispanic guy that’s a manager there with the glasses very rude. This isnt my first time visiting the location and he does not say you’re welcome. I told him thank you repeatedly. He is always rude. -**** UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER VISITED LAST NIGHT JULY 31 BETWEEN 1030pm-1037pm SAME GUY STILL RUDE AND SODA DIGUSTING THE SPRITE AND ORANGE NO ICE WAS GIVEN IN CUPS SODA WAS HOT TASTED GROSS!!

I just had the best jack in the box of my life today, ive had jack in the box hundreds of times but this just hit different. it would be one thing if one of the 3 things i ordered was made good, but no EVERY SINGLE THING was the best version ive had up until this point. Tacos were filled up more (yes i know they come prefilled) cheese in them was melty, taco shell was crisp not soggy, even the meat tasted better than normal, now i would have been excited from just that... When I opened up that chicken tater melt i could instantly tell that it was going to be great. I could tell by looking at it that the cheese and sauce were both perfectly combined and overflowing, what was already my favorite thing on the menu looked like the best i had ever seen it, you would think that that was the best part. No.. when i bit into it i was even more surprised to find that both the hash brown and the chicken were fried to perfection. The crunch from them paired with the bacon plus the cheese and sauce flooding in immediately after was something only comparable to pure bliss. I was instantly hit with my inner demons fighting each other on whether to scour down the sandwich because it was THAT good or to take my time to savor every bite. The best part is that each bite after was just as good as the last. Finally.... I opened up the mini churros thinking there was absolutely no way they could match it, and i did stand correct, im not sure if any jack in the box will be the same after having that sandwich.... But i will tell you this, those mini churros were perfectly warm, crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside, perfect coated in cinnamon and sugar, made me forget that they came from a fast food establishment. Now i sit here, a smile on my face taking the time to write this review, enjoying the moment.... knowing i will likely never have jack in the box this good in my life. whoever's working in that kitchen right now... Thank you, this was a beautiful experience.

Returned my food because the staff was rude , and they took a few minutes just to make contact with me and take my order and saying well we are out of ones (at 8 am on a Wednesday) and I'm gonna have to take quarters , so I make a joke about complimentary fries or hash browns and they get agitated and act like it's my fault I have to take quarters . Unprofessional and the store was dirty.
