This place consistently gets your order wrong time and time again. Pretty much every time I go im either missing something from my order, or it’s the complete wrong order. Do better.

I had eaten a breakfast sandwich with mold on it. Of course I hadn’t seen it until I was 2/3 of the way in. I took out the egg, checked the rest of the items and threw away my food.
Food is terrible..now I remember why we stopped eating here. The meat doesn't even taste like meat. Silly me..every few years I give them another chance but no..no..no..

The workers act like they can’t speak English! They’ve even stated that.Even when you walk into the building in person, then just stare at you and walk to the back like they don’t see you. Everything is done with an attitude. The male workers are more kind. It’s a shame how customer service here isn’t a must. Majority of the staff are young and will laugh in your face literally. I hope they do better!!

Went here to hang out with my family. The food is good. But the service honestly sucks. I work in a fast food restaurant and this kinds of attitudes are not going to make Jake in The Box a good place to eat. They need to step there game up.

Very very slow. Staff ignores customers. Understaffing could be the issue, however at least acknowledging customers would be good. Otherwise the environment is clean and has lots of available tables to choose from.

Our order guy was awesome. I couldn't remember jumbo jack and called it a jack burger.. ? He was so funny and helpful. Great service. Was a after concert dinner. More employees like this please..5

If I could give you a zero I would! How is it it’s 9:15 and the lobby is closed when itCLEARLY SAYS THAT IT DOESN’T CLOSE TILL 10pm!!! That makes no sense!! Please either update your times or close your doors at the correct times!!
It's a typical Jack. I had a craving for their tacos and wasn't disappointed. I've never hd my order messed up here, and the food is reliably tasty.
