sadest jasons deli ive ever gone to. the workers rush you out the door (probably not even their fault, probably told to by the manager), ice cream machine barely even works and seems to be placed in a spot where the exhaust overheats the machine so it just dispenses wet noodles.

We met our son and his family at Jason’s Deli for lunch today because the kids’ menu looked great, they have ice cream cones at the end! The 8& 5 year old were excited! . The ordering went fine, very nice. However, when we got our food, I was surprised that my cappers sandwich and my husbands Ruben weren’t really hot in the middle my husband hit a plate of broken potato chips for his side.. the others seemed like their food was okay. Went to get ice cream, the machine was warm, soupy ice cream.. of course, the kids were disappointed. Went to the counter, told them.. they said they’d take care of it. This was 12:45ish. My thought, why didn’t you take care of it before you Opened today?? I think they were very short- handed.,good on the floor around the salad bat., not a full bar like ours in Corpus. Tried to not say too much to ruin our outing with our grandkids.. but the place wasn’t that clean-looking.. maybe an older Jason’s.

HORRIBLE! Never have I ever experienced such nasty food from a Jason’s Deli in my life!!!! ALL other locations always have FRESH FOOD…. This Manager Special had EVERYTHING stale, limp and old!!!! Lettuce old and limp! Pickle limp and stale! Soup old and smelly! Even the dang on crackers and peppermint were stale! How, Sway?! Omg 😳 management needs to be notified after Chef Gordon for this location!!!!
