I understand it's late, but the fries were uncooked and not what we ordered, and the burgers were not prepared correctly to the order. Usually jax has been much better than this. Shameful to send food of that poor of a quality.

Ordered online for curbside. Received email confirmation BUT nothing was mentioned on how to check in, not even on the ChowNow app. Seasoning was good on the fries but they were kind of cardboard like, burger was good and of course the coke was great.

Nice small and cozy. Good menus and very tasty. I had the Cajun Fries and Texas. Burger.
Burgers are served upside down, but they are awesome.
Cajun fries have the right amount of spice.
A very good burger meal!

DON’T EXPECT A REFUND FROM THIS LOCATION !!
My son ordered lunch online and mistakenly placed the order at this location instead of the one at Shadow Creek. Once my son realized his error he called and spoke to a female manager. She told him that his only option was to pick up his paid order. My son told her that he didn’t have enough time because he was at work and that her restaurant was too far. After work my son went to the Broadway location, and the same manager told him that she ended up giving his paid order away and she would not refund him his money nor replace his order. Customer satisfaction means absolutely NOTHING at the Broadway location!!!

Mushroom Swiss Burger definitely hit home. I havent found a place who make it like this no more (simple,classic) nevermind priced reasonably. That being said I am unsure if the cashier was mistyped/upcharged me as a $6.50 single shroom burger totalled to $9.95. I didnt notice till I left and cant seem to compute where the extra charge came from even with tax/no tip. Hopefully this was a mistake as I loved my meal but skeptical to come back now.

We love Jax, but every time we go for drive-thru, even after ordering ahead via phone, we are in line for a very long time. The food is delicious and the shakes are the best, but they need to figure out their drive-thru situation. If you have a drive-thru, that implies that you will get your food fast! That said, all the staff is friendly.
