Jax Burger Fries & Shakes

The 2 ladies working the front counter are so friendly and sweet. Said welcome to Jax as soon as we walked in. Patient as my children and myself took a minute to decide from the menu. Customer service over all was great. The Shroom burger was perfect and delicious. The kids really liked the chili cheese fries.

Delicious food ? i got the philly, it wasn't on the menu on the wall but it was online. It did have mushrooms in it I wasn't aware of but it was still good, loved it. My husband's and sons burger looked amazing too

A little pricey but worth every penny. Went to lunch with a friend there for the first time the staff was courteous and the food was amazing.

The burger was cooked pretty spot on. I decided to try the fried pickles. It's definitely not my favorite. Too much breading and whatever type of breading they chose it held on to the grease! I ate about 3 and stopped. So, that needs to be worked on. One other thing on the grease, it needed to be changed because although the pickles and fries were not burt, they tasted like overused grease. However, the burgers were on point, and that was the main reason I was there, so I will still give it a 4. Just step up the fry game.

Ordered pickup through Chow Now 3 days ago. Large order of fried pickles wasn't in the bag. Also, my wife's shroom burger had two quarter-size brown pieces of paper inside the burger. Not very appetizing. Needless to say, we are not happy. Tried calling the store several times, but no answer. Messaged through the website... Nothing. Messaged through Facebook... Nothing. Tried to settle the matter privately, but now have to resort to a public forum. I would like to be contacted, please, but I'm not hopeful.
