Jax Burgers Fries & Shakes

This was like our third time trying this place and probably last. Today, the girls who worked the drive thru were rude. Service was terrible. They stared at us for 5-7 minutes before coming up to the vehicle and we had a call in order. Secondly, they have forgotten a drink every time. We have to remind them of our order. Third, the sandwich or burger is usually always made wrong. And this last time, the burger was very sloppily made with very little effort.

I ordered a Burger and chili fries. Burger was good, and the chili cheese fries were mediocre.

I've eaten here a few times during lunch hours. It does get a tad busy but the staff are very efficient & prompt so you get your food fast. The burgers are very tasty, I really like how they cooked the meat, everything just compliments each other.

Tried Jax Burger in Pearland, TX and ordered the ½ pound Mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The burger had great flavor — juicy patty, plenty of mushrooms, and nicely melted Swiss cheese. The fries were fresh, hot, and crispy, which really hit the spot.

The only downside was that the burger was extremely oily, which made the bun soggy by the time I finished. Still, the taste and portion size made up for it. Friendly service and a solid local burger spot overall — I’d definitely give them another try, maybe with a different burger next time.

Recently moved to Texas and was craving a good burger. Jax was really well reviewed so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed, food was great and have been back numerous more times. I came by today and unfortunately did not have the best service. I was waiting at the drive thru window for maybe 20-30 mins which sadly has not been the first time I have waited for someone to come to the window. I had to finally wave down one of the two workers that had been standing there the whole time. When one of them finally came to the window I kindly said that I had not been helped yet. Her response was that they were rather busy inside. I totally get that it's busy but am I also not a customer that should at least be acknowledged. If I had not waved down one of the employees I really think I would have been sitting there longer. After placing my order I waited another 30 mins for my order. Cars that were behind me got their orders faster, mind you I just ordered 1 hot dog and 5 drinks. Didn't think that would take so long. I really enjoy coming here but today was not ideal and I also highly recommend that someone is more attentive to customers also waiting to place an order at the drive thru.

Jaxs in Pearland is a spot that really hits the mark for great flavor and good vibes! The service was excellent — quick, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. All of the meats were perfectly seasoned and full of rich, smoky flavor.

The burger and the Philly cheesesteak are the undeniable stars of the menu — juicy, well-balanced, and bursting with taste. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a hearty meal.

Overall, Jaxs is a place I’ll definitely be returning to. 4 out of 5 stars — highly recommend!

If you like a burger that smoky charcoal flavor then, Jax's Burgers is a place to go. Fries and burgers are always served hot. I've heard that the shakes are fantastic; I have not tried it yet, but I will.

Got home and my burger was not in the bag. Went the next day to pick it up and my burger order was not correct again. This time I checked after ordering a my receipt said something totally different than what I ordered I had to point out that I order burger with bacon but was charged for an avocado Swiss.

Nice little spot where you're likely to meet the manager (owner)? wandering around as you eat. Staff knows the menu and are attentive.
