I had ordered from here several times with no issues except the fact that they take a long time, but I had no problem waiting as long as I knew how long the wait was.
However, just recently I pulled up and ordered at the window and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my food. I had waited so long, that I didn’t have time to eat it before I got back to work. I ended up just munching on the fries during breaks in business. Once I finally had the opportunity to sit down and eat my burger, I realized it was the wrong burger. I ordered blue cheese and bacon, and this was a barbeque burger with onion rings on it. I absolutely hate barbeque sauce. I can’t eat it, I find it absolutely disgusting.
I called the location to let them know that my order was wrong, and that I would like a refund. I would still pay for the rest of the food I ate and you can even leave the tip, I just wanted the burger refunded to my card. They refused. They just kept saying a manager wasn’t there to do the transaction and that someone would have to call me back. No one ever did, and by the time I got out of work, they were already closed.
Fast forward to today, my coworker decides that he wants Jax. I warned him about my experience. He ordered anyway. Turns out he ordered from the wrong one and called to let them know he could not pick it up. They refused to give him a refund, and when he asked to speak to a manager, they said that a manager wasn’t present.
I guess both Pearland locations suck and won’t be getting business from me or my coworkers ever again, considering they’ve stolen from two of us.

Restaurant is dirty. Ordered patty melt with smaller kids patty. That was too difficult. Brought me sandwiche with huge piece of meat - 3 sprinkles of onions. Onion rings and fries cold. Took order back up. All I got was a I'm sorry. Will not go back!!!

The burger is not bad but not the best I have eaten in Texas. As usual, you have ample parking. 5 adults spent around $66. A good option for a change. Very helpful staff and friendly. Luckily they have a vegetarian option as one in our group was a Vege.

We found this spot not too far from the movie theater to grab a quick bite to eat and it was so good! Fries were fresh, patty melt, steak burger and chicken tenders were all on point and flavorful. Great customer service! Definitely going back soon
