Ordered bacon cheese burger 8oz with no onions, an 8oz shroom burger, fries, onion rings, to go drink and a mint choc shake. Got home, no onions on shroom burger, no bacon, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles on bacon cheese burger. Spent $50 and both burgers were extremely salty and wrong. Very disappointed. No receipt and the number on google maps isn’t to correct store. Do better guys.

We had Cajun fries, the Texas burger, Parmesan fries and onion rings. It was not tasty, in fact the fries had no taste at all and we couldn’t even finish them. The burger was very messy and ended up in the trash. All that aside, the worst part was ordering online. After I ordered, I called to get an eta on the food so I could pick it up on time. Then they told me that they were not set up for that app and it was sent to their Cullen location. They suggested I put in a new order and call and cancel the Cullen order, which I tried but their phone kept going straight to voicemail. I even used the chat feature to try and cancel. When I finally got through, I was told “sorry no refunds.” So $20 for nothing all because they can’t get their act together. By the way, the app tells you to make sure you’re ordering from the right location, but both are located on broadway. First and last time I will eat here. Sorry Cullen made y’all lose customer service points.

Visiting from Chicago, it's nice to eat at a ma and pop restaurant. Staff is very welcoming and work efficiently. We were well taken care of with friendly attitudes. The food itself tastes beautiful with lots of flavor and options! Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Staff is friendly towards children.
They have vegan / plant based burgers which is awesome! Some of the best quality I've had. I don't think it's requested often though; they put cheese and mayo on everything. But they were really nice about correcting it! I would definitely get it again.

Absolutely phenomenal! Without question the best sweet potato fries in Texas. The Grilled chicken was grilled to perfection, the pickled pear pink lemonade was excellent and the customer service was fantastic. Definitely going back. I highly recommend.Parking: An abundance of parking for customers.

The burgers were good the shakes are pretty good the chicken tenders are like overpriced movie theater food and the Cajun fries are heavily season but the normal fries are good

Jax burgers is excellent. Chili cheese fries, hamburgers, fries are great. Have not found anything average at Jax. Highly recommend them..

I opened the door to walk to JAX and it’s raining ? the BEST KIDDOS in the area. The owner has a very respectful staff. GOOD JOB ??

Pictures are of the past few times I've gone - Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The owner and her daughter works there and really makes a difference, greets us by name every time we come in! The vibes are so cozy and give a great Texas diner feel, and they are quick to brew a new bag of unsweet tea when they run out just for us. I would give 10 stars if I could, I love this place so much and the owner will call out to me from the service window asking if I want my philly on a hoagie if they didn't put it on the order cause she knows what I get every time - Such a thoughtful and hardworking woman, she really makes the business! The shakes are amazing (not too thick, not too runny, just right!) and if you ask they'll give extra cheese for your fries (soooo delicious its the ballpark melted cheese) Mushrooms and onions are grilled to perfection and the steak is just to die for, just wish they were open on Sundays so I could order every day too!
