I came here with two of my besties today. We step in..immediate greeting. Loud and kind. This is my first time trying jersey mike’s so the energy in the store made me hella excited. They’re so tending and warm. Honestly I was focus on how awesome the customer service was rather than the sub. whoever was around the pickup part of the counter was consistently kind to other customers. The person who took our order recommended a great sub. I’m so pleased with my first time. Thank you jersey mikes.

All I can tell you all their sandwiches are better. To Subway better ingredients, better bread, it's worth trying out. I love it.
I also recommend sign up for their point. You can add up points and get you a free sandwich like a giant for no problem. Everything there is good. Even a root beer can drink. I used to think Subway was good. after trying jersey mike sandwich two years ago I haven't been back to subway since.

Best Employees! I was greeted so friendly by all the employees (Hudson, David, & McKinzie) and all three were so sweet, and helpful. I specifically go to this location only because EVERY time I go they all go beyond my expectations. I was treated so respectfully and they even told me about the delicious sauce in the jar(they gave me a sample), and I had to buy it. I feel so welcomed every time I go to the Pearland parkway location, I am a big fan of this location & won’t go anywhere else. Keep up the good work ya’ll 👏🏼👍🏻❤️

I was cutting David’s hair next door and he was very good to speak with he has good energy, and he recommended a sandwich to me when I didn’t know what to get. I’ll definitely comeback to get another one of these delicious subs

This particular store should be the franchise model of excellence for all of Jersey Mike’s. I love the service from the wonderful staff. They are very friendly and they know their job well. The environment was super clean and everything looked fresh and delicious. I honestly believe that this should be the standard for Jersey Mike’s around the world.
