Jersey Mike's Subs

On yesterday at 7:30 pm, I entered this Jersey Mike's to order some food. OMG, that was the worst decision I could have made. While approaching the counter, I heard someone cough and clear their throat by spitting mucus and flim into a potato chip bag. What was truly horrifying is this was a guy in a Jersey Mike's uniform. I asked to speak to the manager and when I informed the manager of the unclean health way the employee had done this out in the open, Kevin, the manager said well, He's in the lobby, not behind the counter. I could have died, at least gagged, I imagined how the health and cleaning procedures must be overlooked if the manager thought the employee coughing and spitting a bag in the lobby was ok. This turned my stomach and I left.

Great service from this jersey mikes franchise. I’ll come after work maybe 2x a week and staff is usually all chill. Some people judge bc the staff is young, but they all do good work here every time I come by. Each sandwich will run you about $11-18 depending the size. I highly recommend getting the rosemary Parmesan bread!!

To management, if your website and your front door say you close at 9:00pm, please do not have your staff turn off the grill at 8:40pm. No grill eliminates half your sandwich selections. Left your store and went Jimmy Johns.

Grant is that guy!!! he made my bowl 26 incredible!!! I felt like Mike himself made my food. Staff is 10/10 but when it comes down to hot subs Grant is your guy!!!!

I always go to the jersey mike in silver lake in pearland. Not only do have a great staff they also have awesome customer service. If you're in the area try them you really will enjoy a quality sub.!!!!

I go here a lot for lunch. Hits every time. This most recent time the nicest gentleman ever recommended a sandwich, the CBR + Buffalo. This was the greatest sandwich and THE new order. 5/5 10/10 totally recommend.

Grant and his team have always been super welcoming as well as helpful when trying new items. I’ve been a regular here since it’s opening and it’s easily my favorite sandwich spot around!
