Jersey Mike's Subs

I always go to the jersey mike in silver lake in pearland. Not only do have a great staff they also have awesome customer service. If you're in the area try them you really will enjoy a quality sub.!!!!

I go here a lot for lunch. Hits every time. This most recent time the nicest gentleman ever recommended a sandwich, the CBR + Buffalo. This was the greatest sandwich and THE new order. 5/5 10/10 totally recommend.

Grant and his team have always been super welcoming as well as helpful when trying new items. I’ve been a regular here since it’s opening and it’s easily my favorite sandwich spot around!

This Jersey Mike’s location is incredibly disappointing from a leadership and management standpoint. The store consistently hires inexperienced teenagers while overlooking skilled and dedicated employees who deserve to be promoted. Promotions are clearly based on favoritism—friends and family of the manager move up, while those who truly work hard are ignored.

The general or district manager is rarely present, and when they do show up, it’s only to hold a meeting or write someone up. There’s no real support, growth, or accountability in this store. It’s disheartening to see talented team members overlooked in favor of personal connections. If this location wants to succeed, they need to seriously reevaluate who they hire, how they promote, and what kind of work environment they’re fostering.The food is alright but overpriced. I can make a sandwich at home

Unless some immediate changes are made my family will not return here. We are big Jersey Mikes fans where we go we eat at one. We drive from 45 min away just to get our fix and typically come here. The sandwiches were not made per Jersey Mikes protocol. If I was an owner the guy making sandwiches just after 1pm yesterday would be fired on the spot and is a disgrace to Jersey Mikes. We left and took our business to the new location in Manvel..... May not come back here

Jersey Mike's is the best sub shop there is out of all the choices out there. They slice the meat & cheese in front of you, they are generous with the toppings & their employees are happy. What more could you want? A+

There was a guys there that was a worker there and he looked so sloppy on top of that I saw him prepare the sandwiches with no plastic cloves or even washed his hands. On top of that after I ate there an hour later was vomiting and now I’m at the er as we speak and they said I got food poisoning.

I Had A #43 Chipotle (grilled onions,peppers,white American cheese,chipotle mayo with lettuce,tomatoes,pickles,mayo,jalapenos & bananas peppers) with some chips and beverages 🫶🏽 IT’S WORTH EVERY PENNY & This Is My Second Location I Been 2 In 2 Days !!!!!

Jersey Mikes is okay. I haven't found that special 1 or 2 sandwichs that are awesome. I stopped going to other Brand shops because they couldn't speak or understand english so the modificatikns that I wanted could not be purchased. At one time it wasn't that way. Anyway, JMS is fine and i can communicate well. I will go back and continue to search for a favorite.
