I always order online and pick up. Somehow the majority of the time my tuna sandwiches end up soggy. It really gets gross and the quality and taste of the sandwich becomes below average over subway. I love the taste normally but it has to be done right. Make sure you make notes when ordering online and tell them not to make your sandwich soggy. My sandwich that I paid $21 for was a jumbo subpar due to the sogginess and bland taste of too much tuna and not enough jalapeños. Yuck. I wanted to return it and ask them to make me another one but I live 20 mins away so 40 mins back and forth. This store is the closest one to me now until they finish that town center further south.

It was slightly busy and the crew were rock solid and polite. Breath of fresh air as always coming to this location. 7:30ish p.m. specifically but always money well spent at this location.Vegetarian options: Even the vegetarian option suggestions are aggressive sheesh. In laments terms I believe you could get a meal at Jersey Mikes that is vegetarian. Jesus Loves YouDietary restrictions: They have no bread bowl options. I believe you could also stack a sandwich with their great veggies and get a decent meal out of it. (Not a vegetarian) forgive my ignorance please. Great location - sometimes the kids working there i think need better supervision from a Sr. member that understands consistency and quality - but of the 10 or so times ive been there the food and service are great.Jersey Mikes has the best sandwiches period - hand sliced and made to order with the highest quality food stuffs - awesome. I do live this place and is always #1 on the list when i'm craving a sandwich.
Had a not so pleasant experience here tonight. Staff needs to do a better job of not cross contaminating. Change gloves and clean your utensils between sandwiches or you’ll have big problems. The young black guy tried to send us home with Mayo packets instead of applying the mayo directly to the bread like we requested. Please do better!

I used to love this location but it's going down atp. I actually arrived after the time my food was supposed to be ready and it still had to be made or remade I'm not sure. Why have a pickup area and don't put the food there. That's literally taking away the convenience of ordering ahead. Food was good, but I might need to find a new location frfr.
