Last minute I ordered fajitas for my family along with a bunch of other last minute guests. Service was excellent. Staff made a terrible situation professional and timely. Manager Dendric treated every guest with superior service. Highly recommend! Happy New Years Jimmy Changas

Extremely unorganized. I ordered a ½ gallon of rice and waited over one hour to receive my order. There was only one person handling to-go orders, answering the phone, and checking with the kitchen. While I understand it was a holiday, better planning should have been in place to efficiently handle the increased volume of customers. The experience was frustrating and disappointing.

We hadn't been in a while, and it seems like this location upped their game!
I got the Saltillo platter, and my husband ordered the Carne Guisada.
Everything was delicious, and the portions are perfect!
Jimmy Changas Pearland has definitely earned a place in our rotation!

Sat outdoors....kids running wild, one hit our table causing a spill. I get patents relaxing but not having control of your kids is a problem.

As long-time customers, we’ve always enjoyed top-notch service and atmosphere at this restaurant. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was a major disappointment. The food arrived stone cold — an unacceptable slip for any kitchen. While our server handled the situation as best as possible, the real failure came from the manager, Brian, who chose to completely ignore the issue. Despite several clear opportunities to step up and address our concerns, he avoided us entirely — even as he walked right past our table. This level of unprofessionalism is both disappointing and infuriating. We’ve come to expect much better from a place we’ve supported and loved for years. May 2025

Update; Dec2025 The business followed up and offered a discounted meal in the future but I didn't come to get a handout just to alert the team of an issue. After a few months away I returned and had some of the best service I've ever experienced. Jordan is a great server too! Everyone has a bad day and it's great to see the business return to great food and service. Only problem now is I crave these dang ribeye street tacos!!

I used to love Jimmy Changas! Unfortunately, every time I come to this location to pick up my food there is always something wrong. My taco salad with fajita steak meat has been undercooked twice with old lettuce. Please do better!

There was a server, Joe, outstanding service. Haven't had such good service in any restaurant in a long time. Made good recommendations, food came out in a timely way, he was on top of checking not only us but everyone around us.

Highly recommended and great experience. Came here for dinner with the family and friends. The food is great. Everything is made from scratch and tastes very fresh. They have a good drinks selection as well. The waiter attended to us often and took care of us well. Kids love the fact that they have free ice cream.

While the food was fresh and amazing, the service was not. NO one smiled!😳. Not the hostess. Not the waitress. Nor the bus boy. To say that they all looked very unhappy would be an understatement. Understandable that not Everyone wears a smile, But No One?… It was Halloween but why was “Velma” peeved? Of course this affected the atmosphere sooo ⭐️ ⭐️!
