The manager of the establishment is incredibly helpful and nice which is why I was compelled to post a review. I ordered a pretty big order (three huge subs, drinks, chips, and a cookie) for my family that was placed in a carry out box. Because of this, the manager personally came out to help me arrange my drink cups so it didn’t spill on the way home. I really appreciated her help.

It was permanently closed although the website had it listed as open! Had my order all selected and drove up to a lights out business with closed until further notice.

I have always liked coming to this location, but today was the second time I arrived after 11 AM (arrived at 11:03) and the door was still locked. My lunch time starts at 11 and I had to find another location as nobody was available to unlock the door.

My mom is visiting from Michigan and wanted Jimmy John last night. From the time we entered the front door Vince was the perfect customer service advocate. He took our order and recommended good items for us to try. His energy and great customer service Weill definitely have me going back soon. The sandwich he made us were perfect fresh and delicious. I ordered a Totally Tuna to be delivered between 12pm - 12:15pm at my job for my lunch break. The app told me my order was on the way at 12:07pm. I stood outside my job waiting for my lunch to be delivered as i was very hungry. I thought my food would be coming at 12:15 but soon it became 12:23pm. I called the restaurant and asked if maybe the driver is lost or couldnt find me because no one pulled up outfront where i was standing outside for my food. Someone on the phone told me the driver should be coming any minute. The driver DID NOT COME UNTIL 12:36PM!! And i only had 10 mins to scarf down my food on my 45 minute lunch break! I stood outside waiting for 30 minutes! This is ridiculous considering the restaurant was a 5 minute drive from here! I never had an experience like this from Jimmy Johns! If I could get a refund for my order I would ?

In the restaurant and notice the employee a male stuck his hand the jar and took out seem to be pickers or peppers with no gloves just his hands. Earlier he wipe off the tables about ten tables with the same didh rags
I’ve seen employees get touched inappropriately at jimmy johns. What is the management doing about this problem, this is not ok at all and needs to stop.
