Just ordered the fried chicken (good) and a Mac & cheese as one of the sides; we just found out we were given a mashed potato instead. It looks dried and smells bad with a sour taste. I used the phone number from the receipt and the same number from online and called multiple times, but no answers; it hung up after a few rings. Can’t even make a complaint. I hope they can improve.

I went to pickup an online order and the staff could careless if I was there. They kept on doing whatever they were doing. After getting home and checking my order I realized we only received 6 pieces of chicken I ordered 12 piece family meal. The macaroni and cheese was barely filled up on 2 large sides and the coleslaw was the same. I tried calling the restaurant and it just rang and rang. So I called the national number on the receipt and spoke with a rude call center person named Jay from the Philippines. He was condescending and rude. His solution was to offer me a half refund. I did not accept this as I had to make food at home because we did not receive our food that we ordered. I requested a full refund. This was 45 minutes wasted on the phone. Then I went to the restaurant to speak with the manager and her response was to only give the chicken that was missing. I told her I don't need the chicken now and wanted a refund and was told that I had to call the national number. I called again and was met with again rude customer service. Another hour waisted. I never received any compensation for the inconvenience or their errors.
I would not recommend this place. I would avoid like the plague. Customer service sucks and the food quality sucks. If they make an error do not expect them to make it right.
O yeah the managers response was the night crew are new and will talk to them. Unacceptable.
Long story short I had to contest the charge with my credit company.

If they tell you it's going to be "7" minutes for a chicken pot pie and they will bring it out to you, don't believe them. They WILL give it to someone else that you watched walk in after you. And they don't care. Place is filthy, nasty. I don't think they have cleaned a table since they opened this morning. What happened to customer service???

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They can’t get your order right. Whether it’s drive thru, pickup or delivery. We placed our order online, had our food delivered because I was not feeling well and decided to just pay for the doordasher tip (Sunday, they said it’s free delivery but require you to pay the $14.00 doordasher tip) only to find out we were missing the pot pies! We called them and were told the doordasher left too quick and the potpies were left at the store. So why did they seal the bag if it was not complete?! How dumb!! They can’t even make sure they have everything in the bag before sealing it. The only option they gave us is to pick it up now or pick it up another day (how though?). They should have given us the option to get a refund instead. So I just drove to the store and picked up the potpie. So what was the point of paying the doordash fee if I have to pick up my food anyway??!! Soooooo stupid!! They should give me back the $14.00 I paid!!!

I bought 3 pieces chicken combo today and taste awful. Everytime I bought 90% of the time it's not good and it's make me puke. TBH kfc from Almeda rd do a better cooking because they don't rush. I need to be honest. Waste of money I had to throw the food in the garbage. I will never buy food here. The place is dirty, the restroom smells. I don't know how you pass the inspection, the inspection is not right!.

My wife was craving some mashed potatoes. They were smooth and delicious with the brown gravy! Always delicious. My daughter enjoyed gobbling on an original recipe drum stick. ? food was fresh, hot, and succulent. Service was friendly and fast.
kfc used to taste amazing. these nuggets taste like they were microwaved from frozen. just threw away 20bucks. & the food. it was barely lukewarm even though the location was 3 minutes away, and the delivery arrived early. they also gave me a drink without a straw. but hey at least they gave me 3 sporks. this is not an isolated incident. Three different locations have served me garbage in lieu of food. 15 years ago your honey barbecue sauce was one of the best out there. now subpar would be vast understatement. I was really hungry, now I'm still hungry but also feeling sick. I have never had such a poor experience with any franchise or standalone restaurant. I assume you are aware of your decline, but inedible food is completely unacceptable
