I wouldn’t eat here! Very unprofessional ,rude and never have food ready . Last visit it was slime in ice machine. Alerted the manager and a guy came out wipe it with a towel. Very bad. Always a bad vibe

I asked for Honey BBQ chicken tenders and they gave me regular chicken tenders. The drive-thru woman taking my order was too distracted laughing at another lady's joke that she did not get my order right. Nobody cares about the fundamental aspect of every restaurant, correctly serving the customer their food order.

Just ordered the fried chicken (good) and a Mac & cheese as one of the sides; we just found out we were given a mashed potato instead. It looks dried and smells bad with a sour taste. I used the phone number from the receipt and the same number from online and called multiple times, but no answers; it hung up after a few rings. Can’t even make a complaint. I hope they can improve.

I went to pickup an online order and the staff could careless if I was there. They kept on doing whatever they were doing. After getting home and checking my order I realized we only received 6 pieces of chicken I ordered 12 piece family meal. The macaroni and cheese was barely filled up on 2 large sides and the coleslaw was the same. I tried calling the restaurant and it just rang and rang. So I called the national number on the receipt and spoke with a rude call center person named Jay from the Philippines. He was condescending and rude. His solution was to offer me a half refund. I did not accept this as I had to make food at home because we did not receive our food that we ordered. I requested a full refund. This was 45 minutes wasted on the phone. Then I went to the restaurant to speak with the manager and her response was to only give the chicken that was missing. I told her I don't need the chicken now and wanted a refund and was told that I had to call the national number. I called again and was met with again rude customer service. Another hour waisted. I never received any compensation for the inconvenience or their errors.
I would not recommend this place. I would avoid like the plague. Customer service sucks and the food quality sucks. If they make an error do not expect them to make it right.
O yeah the managers response was the night crew are new and will talk to them. Unacceptable.
Long story short I had to contest the charge with my credit company.
