This location doesn’t even deserve a one star. I placed an online order through KFC’s website and received an email confirmation of my order. When I arrived at this location to pick my food up, I was informed that my order was picked up already. Turns out they gave my food to another customer. The man at the counter said he would go and re-make my order. He comes back empty handed and said the manager said they can’t make my order again because of inventory. I don’t care about the inventory. I just wanted the food that I paid for and it wasn’t my fault they gave my food away to another customer. They need to implement a better process of online orders because how they have it setup, anybody can just come and grab your food. Totally unacceptable! I wanted to get the manager’s information and the man told me he can’t give out the manager’s information which is also unacceptable. I’ll never go back to this location ever again. I didn’t even get an apology. Terrible manager. Terrible customer service.

This is the second time I’ve went through the drive thru and the order was wrong once I got home. The bag was tied or I would’ve checked the order. Also if you try to call no one will ever answer. I call 20 times last time and 7 this time. Corporate needs to audit this location.

Stopped by this KFC for dinner. Ordered an 8pc extra crispy chicken tender dinner meal for my wife and I. Thought 32 dollars was a bit much but okay. When I got home I have a bucket of chicken on the bone my drink was filled 3/4 with ice. Will not be stopping here or any KFC again. Not to mention the staff looking like zombies, or slothes you choose. Sad how far this place has gone down hill. To the owners, I would sell.

i normally never leave reviews, but i ordered online today and the pick up process was ridiculous. i sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, more than two customers in line left because no one answered the intercom, and after pulling around to see what was going on inside there were employees standing around. i went ahead and called (for the SIXTH time) and again no answer as an employee walked by the phone. this was ridiculous, no matter how short staffed you are there is no excuse to ignoring customers and phone calls. won’t be going back

I give this place a 1 because they close at 10 pm and at 8:45 pm one day they only had 2 pieces of chicken. Tonight I pulled up at 9:00 pm and they only had 3 original legs cooked. I can't rate the food,services or the atmosphere because I have yet to taste their food because they never have any. The district manager really need to take a look iothis store
