It’s a Friday and door says closed at 10:30pm however I’m here at 8:20 and door are locked it’s unfortunate that I can’t go through drive through due to my truck being too big

It's been a while since I've had KFC, forgot how very small the chicken pieces are,I mean really small! For a 8 piece family bucket meal,at about 30 dollars, I really feel cheated! Love the original recipe flavor and the coleslaw slaw but the chicken pieces were way to small! Not worth the money in my opinion! Probably be a good while before I return to any KFC!

I ordered a chicken sandwich through the app, and was very disappointed when I got home (5 min drive) that it was not hot but not cold. The chicken was a bit dry so the chicken might have sat under a heat lamp. I would not order that again but would return to try something else. Restaurant seemed very clean and staff was attentive.

whoever is working on the evening of 08/27 needs to be fired and the manager also. 1. took an hour to get my food delivered 2. they left out half the order 3. my kids don’t have enough so now i have to take them out to get food. 4. the order was wrong, never ordered breasts and they sent breasta. 5. no one is answering the phone. i’ve tried 8 times. 6. Corporate customer service was good but couldn’t refund partial or all delivery fee and other things… shame on you pearland kfc

I ordered two of the deals online. When I arrived at the drive through they told me I only had two drinks. Which was incorrect because I should have a total of 4 drinks since I ordered two of the MEALS FOR TWO. I had the receipt showing how much I paid. And it was almost as if I was lying. I come to you all’s particular location almost twice a week since my sons have sports and it’s hard to cook during the week. We went back and forth for about 5-7 minutes before they realized where they were wrong. The guy at the register even told me that they don’t honor the deals that show online. Which is totally untrue because I had just purchased a $10 Tuesday special on Tuesday. I am very upset with how I was treated. And it’s so unfortunate that one of your most loyal customers had to endure this kind of behavior.

Terrible service and the food is below standards. Wait time is forever if you order inside since they focus on the drive thru. Will not recommend this location at all.
