Food availability was scarce. I understand that once BBQ sells out, it's out, but why force reservations on weekend evenings if you aren't going to plan to have enough food. Went on a Saturday night to celebrate a birthday, made reservations. They were out of beef ribs, chicken, baked potatoes. Seriously, what's a BBQ joint without these 3 item? Just a place that sells Turkey and sausage. I felt bad for the table next to us who were visiting from Ohio because they heard how good Killens is, just to be told they are out of all the good stuff. I'm sure the server was embarrassed. Not the server's fault, but management instead. If you're going to create a fancy ambiance on weekends evenings, fancy enough where you would take a date, or celebrate an occasion, then be prepared to serve your menu. How embarrassing it was to take my son for his birthday celebration because he loves the beef ribs and he couldn't have any. Then his 2nd choice was a baked potato and guess what?! They were out too! So disappointing for the Killens brand. I would recommend calling ahead and asking what they are out of before making plans to go.

WOW! I’d heard so many good things about this BBQ spot in Pearland, so I finally had to try it for myself and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The meat was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. We added the potato salad and mac ’n’ cheese on the side, and let me tell you… both were just as delicious.
And the sauces? Definitely a big plus — they really elevate everything. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-try!

Been here a number of times already and just love the food. The quality is excellent and it's a must try if you're looking for good Texas bbq. Meat is soft and juicy! Portion size is ok, can always order more. Lines can get long but it moves fast enough. Seating inside and out. Despite the number of diners each time, parking hasn't been a problem.
Brought some visitors from out of the country and they loved the food.

Overheard someone on my flight to Houston talking about how great this barbecue was, so I had to try it. It was good, but I've had much better and definitely not worth the prices they charge. At $16 for a sandwich and $22 for a sandwich and 2 sides, I expected to be blown away, but NOT!
I got there right when they opened and tried their beef rib, which I heard sells out fast — and it did not disappoint. The meat was incredibly juicy! For sides, I tried the cream cheese, the mac & cheese, and the mashed potatoes, and all were amazing. I didn’t get to try their BBQ sauce — I actually forgot — but everything I did have was absolutely delicious. It was my first time trying BBQ in Texas, and it was truly a memorable experience.

This review is actually for the location in the Hobby Airport. This is the second time I tried the bbq there, and both experiences have been pleasurable. I only like ribs, so I was able to get some at a decent price. I even asked for the end pieces, and although the employees laughed, they acquiesced. The ribs were tantalizing and the customer serve was really good.
Greasiest brisket I’ve ever had, nearly inedible. Ribs were dry. Baked potato undercooked. Wonderful brussel sprouts. They’ve really gone to the dogs.
The food at the Pearland facility was about the worst bbq that I have ever had to the point that I actually felt like they owed me my 50.00 back the soda was the only good thing that I had, the meat had no smoke on it and it was fatty just horrible will never go back PERIOD.
