For gluten-free peeps: Service was quick and food was good. I am gluten-free and I felt safe eating BBQ and coleslaw. It was my fault I should have asked if the coleslaw was gluten-free but I never in my life would expect ramen noodles in my coleslaw. So if you are gluten-free make sure to ask or let them know.
It’s good. Not the stand in line good the preceding reputation suggests but I’d buy it again, and the line wasn’t that long. Two meat plate. Sausage and brisket. Sausage was the stand out. Mac and cheese better than average. Collard greens were great.
The beef ribs here are a must try!
The staff were very nice. If you ask nicely, they can give you the best cuts.
I always order the plates with 2 sides but I also add the bread pudding. The 2 sides I like the best are the creamed corns and mac&cheese. Don't let your meat get cold.
