last night i ordered the filet wet aged rare and blackened like i have many times before. The cut of meat was deplorable. It wasn't cooked correctly, had gristle and tasted gamey.
I was with company so in order to not cause any embarrassing situation for my guest i didn't say anything.
I have been a loyal customer to Killen's.
I will dine one more time but if this wasn't a one off. I reluctantly will no longer be a client.

The restaurant was nice inside, but it was quite noisy. The prices were extremely high and the waiter tried to upsell us in most cases. My friend from overseas ordered a fillet and spinach, salad and au gratin potatoes. The spinach salad was tough and chewy and he only could eat half of it. The au gratin potatoes were extremely greasy swimming and grease actually and the steak was not well cooked. I ordered a New York strip that was over $70 grilled asparagus and a lettuce wedge. The asparagus were greasy and soggy and the steak was tough and overcooked. This was not a $70 steak or a $72 steak. It was a $25 steak. Then add the price of the wine which was ridiculously expensive for a very small poor and a noisy restaurant and the bill came out stratospherically expensive. I don't mind spending a lot of money for dinner as long as the service and food and atmosphere fit the cost. This is my first trip to Killen steakhouse and it will be our last trip. The food was not terrible, but it was at best impressively average. I would much rather go to a other steakhouse if I'm gonna spend that kind of money, Weir I'm assured of higher quality food and better preparation.

Our server Aja C. was very helpful and attentive all night. Please send her our thanks. She also made great recommendations for wines and desserts.
Amazing! We went for my husband's birthday and we were a group of six including a toddler. The service from start to finish was top of the line. It's our third time there and we will definitely return!
Awesome place, great food, great service and great atmosphere!

For a $72 steak it was very lack luster. My husband makes a better steak. If I had been with my husband I would have sent it back and had them take it off my check. But I was with my mom an aunt and my aunt was buying us dinner and I didn't want to be a buzz kill.. definitely not worth the hype.
Phenomenal! Easily one of the best steaks I have ever had. Aja was our server and she was fantastic! The support staff was amazing too. Bravo
We had our anniversary here and they did not disappoint. Great service and attention to detail. Great product knowledge of their drinks and menu recommendations. We will be coming back for our next date night. Highly recommend

Very nice place, a Pearland treasure. We go often for happy hour. Yummy burger, nachos, beef skewer, and much more. Eventually I’ll go for dinner and try the pork chop!

Taken my wife multiple times, always treated very well and the service has been amazing.
Delicious food every time. Impeccable service. You can always count on an exceptional meal at Killen's.
We went as a family of 3 for our 20th anniversary. Everything was excellent. Jacob was very well versed in the dry aging process.
The food and the service was excellent. This is what we've come to expect from any Ronnie Killen restaurant. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the appetizers and sides were great as usual. The customers we brought to dinner said those were the best steaks they had ever eaten. And they'll be back tonight with another vendor. As usual, the carrot cake was off the charts delicious. Thanks again for knocking it out of the park!
Our dinner was great -service was top notch and the wine list was definitely a very curated experience (along with a great sommelier).
