Killen's Steakhouse never disappoints! We celebrated our anniversary there recently and everything was incredible as always! The food, service, and everything about our experience was perfect.
We used the Houston Restaurant Weeks menu. Everything I ordered was fantastic! The skewers and pork belly appetizers were tender and tasty. We all had the filet which was very tender. We also ordered Mac and cheese from the main menu. I'm not a fan of Mac and cheese, but this was better than any I have had before! I had the carrot cake which came warm and was very moist! It was a perfect ending to my meal. Our waitress, Caitlin was terrific! We can't wait to go back!
Everything was great. I see why Killen's is consistently on the list of best steakhouses in Houston. Our server, David, took great care of us, and the food was awesome from apps through dessert. Drinks were really good too. Overall, this was one of the best meals we've ever had in Houston and anywhere.
