Upon walk in it smelled like pure nail polish and was very hot. The red salsa was warm and tasted like it should have been in a soup or something. Price is very high for the same items you get better down the street. Over won’t be going back, gringos is way better.

1st visit on 11/8 with daughter, arrived apparently after the happy hour rush. The place was practically empty and open tables available. First, being PR the music was 100% salsa and meringue. Eric was our waiter. Personable and attitude was positive. We asked for suggestions and received some to make our experience a good one. He gave us a sample of a margarita but I found it to sweet. Our drinks were actually great. Anyway, we ordered the mix fajitas for 2 as Wednesday is fajita special night. I’m not a big fan of beef but I do have a fav at another location but the fajitas were good. The queso with some beef as a complimentary on house was delicious. Would we go again yes, but I will only do drinks and queso with meat. The ambience and music I enjoyed

Very friendly and attentive staff!! Food came out quickly. Salsa and chips delightful! The only 2 things were that the queso was slightly thin but could've been due to how hot it was. The flavor was on point, though! The Charro Beans needed salt. But nothing took away from the overall great experience!!

I know that this is a strange thing to say, and some might even consider it gross, but Killen's TMX is so good that I even enjoy the burps afterwards. The staff is consistently friendly, competent, and fast. We've never had a bad experience there, and we're there so much that they remember us and our gluten allergies. I'd eat there every day if I was okay with foregoing pants and just wore a circus tent. But I'm not, so we're there probably two or three times a month.

First of all, let me say that the service is always impeccable and the ambiance is cool. We usually come during happy hour (Tuesday - Thursday 3pm - 6pm and attached is a happy hour menu photo). All day Tuesday is Taco Tuesday where you can buy individual tacos for either $4 or $5 (menu photo attached). My favorite is the grilled fish taco followed by the chopped beef fajita taco (pictures attached). If you can make it during happy hour, you get TWO beef fajita tacos (also known as mini Bistec tacos on the happy hour menu for $6 ) vs one for $5 during taco Tuesday. Please know that these individual tacos on Taco Tuesday are not available on any other days, and represent good value. Also, Wednesday is fajita Wednesday. If you go to their website you can get the deets on that. Same with specials on Thursday. The regular menu can be pretty pricey. The food is delicious and happy hour and the specials on Tuesday- Thursday make this hang affordable. Highly recommend.

Omg this place blew me away. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try this place and I wish we would've sooner because I would've been back so many times for those brisket enchiladas. First of the decor is gorgeous, I love it, the plates are so pretty, the glasses, it's all gorgeous and reminds me of being in Mexico. The music, it's great, the seating in the foyer. The sinks in the bathroom. Love it all. Service was good, we were greeted immediately and the host was great, she asked us if we had ever been there, told us she hoped we loved it, our server was just lacking a bit of personality and he didn't really seem confident in his knowledge of the menu. They had multiple people that checked on us while we were there and that was amazing. That doesn't happen and most restaurants. Our food was to die for. I told my boyfriend I was in heaven. We ordered the queso to start our meal with brisket inside. That brisket just melts in your mouth. Omg I ordered the brisket enchiladas and black beans. YUM! So good and those beans were some of the best I've ever had. My boyfriend ordered a plate with discerned enchiladas and he loves his as well. He had the house margaritas and I ordered the cucumber spicy one to start and then the pomegranate mezcal one. They were both fantastic. My only regret is not getting a piece of the tres leches bread pudding togo! Needless to say we will definitely be back here and I am already looking forward to our next visit!
It was our first time visiting and we were beyond impressed. The service was great and fast. Food was delicious, especially the taquitos and their green salsa. The Long Island was fantastic and the ambiance was superb. Prices are similar to Gringos, but this is definitely a better environment and scene. We will be back.
