I want to share my recent experience with the Kolache Factory. While the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming which I really appreciated, I was quite disappointed with the food!! The kolaches looked great on the outside, but when I bit into them, I felt like I was mostly eating plain bread. There was barely any filling inside, which made the experience underwhelming, especially compared to what it used to be . I hope this feedback is helpful, as I really wanted to enjoy it more.

Me and my husband came to this location today! Brandon was ready and on point with serving us. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the kaloche flavors and he definitely made us the better caramel macchiato outside of where I usually go. I felt extremely welcomed and will definitely be back.

Shrinkflation has hit the Kolache Factory. Had two bacon about cheese kolaches this morning and there was barely any filling. Very disappointing.

The 2 kolahe I got hardly had anything on the inside a very thin layer do better
Food is always so good I just wish that they would stop making their kolaches so tiny they used to be a lot bigger and they're so expensive now

This location is on DoorDash for no reason and this always happens when I at least give them a chance to do business as far as going through an app to deliver to my house not once but three times now they confirmed the order and then just delay on the timeframe of the order to wear you’re waiting almost an hour and literally can live close by With them prolonging the order and even with DoorDash attempted to call them and myself their phone number is not available to be contacted. I hope the owner reads this and gets this corrected or just take your establishment off the app

I only had coffee, and it was good. The A/C was not working so it was very warm in the establishment, so I didn't stay long. The place was clean, the employees friendly.

Unplanned to take a pic of my food but they didn’t survive the car ride home. Not sure if I was just that hungry or if they were that delicious… or just the consequence of a 10 minute drive home.
I got the sausage and cheese kolache and a brisket kolache. They were kinda small. I guess I could have asked for a large? The server didn’t really ask… it’s was my first time so didn’t really know what to ask. Food was a little cold… 30 seconds in the microwave wasn’t enough.
Both were kinda good… not terrific. I usually go to Shipleys or Mornings for my kolaches so I kinda have high standards. I may give them another try.
