This place is consistently good! I have visited other kolache factories in the Houston area, and this is my favorite! Emily always greets us with a smile and the owner is equally friendly. They have a great Rewards program, and I love finding their coupons on the back of H-E-B receipts.

I definitely wouldn't listen to any of these bad reviews, this is one of my favorite spots. I work next door so I've visited a lot, and I've never had a bad experience! Every now and then they'll give me an extra kolache without me even asking! The staff here are so sweet and nice too. The owner is a great guy, and always super nice and welcoming. Ambriel (sorry if I spelled that wrong ?) is also always super kind and he always has a nice chat with me and I...

I went to the Kolache factory bc I was craving for them. I ended up enjoying the employees Emily and Amabel (miss spelled) they showed me the app how I could save money. The moment you walk in they acknowledge your present that's very rare. Anyways these 2 girls stole my ..after retiring from retail after 25 yrs I go out of my way to appreciate amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYONE SEEMS TO HAVE A CHIP ON THEIR SHOULDER TOWARDS PEOPLE WHO WORK IN SALES, RETAIL AND RESTAURANT...
