Worst employees I’ve ever seen. 6:45pm they closed drive thru and he said no more donut for sale at krispy cream. Tall big guy with drive thru headphones, evening shift Tuesday September 2nd 6:45pm.

When is management going to change? Horrible management has been going on for years. I’ve lived in Pearland since 2013 and the service here is ALWAYS horrible. Workers are on their cell phones, they’re not open during their open hours. They close as early as 2-3 hours before. Donuts are ugly and never fresh, something is always broke or sold out! Such a disgrace when this is the only Krispy Kreme in the area!!!

After reading the comments we are all having the same crappy experience. The manager on duty is RUDE. I came in twice to this location. Once on 8/24 around 11:30am. I was there for the Harry Potter Collab. The cashier on duty that day was super helpful and explaining to me how to order. The manager on duty yelling from the drive through window “nope, no” to what the man was saying. Just being rude. I got the latte and left. The second time was 8/26 at 6:30am I did a pickup order. Came in to pick up my donuts and wanted another latte. The manager on duty and cashier on duty both RUDE. Was told the machine was down in a rude way by manager I said ok and left. While in my car the cashier on duty gave me attitude the ENTIRE time even while helping a customer. I have footage of while I’m in my car he is giving me dirty looks and attitude. Please roll the store cameras back. Very unprofessional. I WON’T be back but this is definitely bad for business. People don’t deserve attitude why they are buying from the business. I drove 35 minutes to find out there were no Harry Potter donuts. I called to find out about availability, but they never responded. They told us to come in the morning, as if the staff didn't work. They shouldn't offer promotions if they don't have enough staff to meet demand. I also found the store to be pretty dirty. Shoes stick to the sticky floor. This store needs to pay a little more attention.

I went to go get the Harry Potter doughnut, Limited edition and while I was at the front, they told me the latte machine wasn’t working. Keep in mind. I drove 20 minutes to Pearland just to get this special donuts and turns out they didn’t wanna take the donuts out because they were for the afternoon.

We were excited when we heard about the Harry Potter donuts. We visited 4 times this week at different times of day (including 6:40 am) and tried to order a Gryphindor donut, but they told us each time they were out of Harry Potter donuts. This morning I woke up at 5:30 am so I could be the first car in the drive thru. I tried to order 1 Gryphidor and 1 Hufflepuff and they told me they only sell those in dozens, even though the sign clearly lists the single price and an upcharge for dozens.

I guess I’ll have to have cellophane-wrapped corned beef sandwiches for breakfast instead.

Went today to grab the Harry Potter doughnuts was super excited to get them Untill I got them guy was rude seemed like he didn’t want to be their some of them looked like they were thrown together was so excited after seeing everybody else box

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My husband arrived at 11 AM specifically for the Harry Potter donuts. He was told none were available and to come back at 2 PM. He drove all the way from Katy, so instead of wasting another trip, he waited in the parking lot.

Starting at 1 PM, he watched people walking out with boxes of the donuts. When he asked them how they got them, they said they were leftovers from the day before. Funny—because that option was never even offered to him. We would’ve gladly taken them!

So, he went back inside at 2 PM like he was told, only to be met with yet another slap in the face: no donuts left. Why? Because the very people he saw leaving at 1 PM had already bought them. In other words, the staff flat-out lied to his face.

This was a complete waste of time, gas, and effort, not to mention the blatant dishonesty. Totally unprofessional, misleading, and disrespectful to customers. We’ll never waste our time here again.

I understand today’s the first day the HP donuts come out but the man this morning was just rude, he handed me my free donuts by shoving it in my hand and then didn’t ask what donuts I wanted. He told me around 3-4pm the HP donuts would come and they aren’t there smh. First time trying Krispy Kreme and they disappointed me.
