horrible experience I just left the young lady at the front that was working the drive Through was very rude she did not want to say you’re welcome after I told her thank you at least three times this is the second time I’ve visited this location trying to give them a chance because I live in the area and no one I’ve encountered the three times I’ve been to this location no one has gave Customer Service or just being a friendly face. This is a horrible location and because of their lack of Customer Service and just not good people skills I will not be returning to this location.

The young lady in the drive-through at 5:30 December 29 was very rude. She had glasses on. I told her thank you multiple times and still didn’t get a. You’re welcome back after spending almost 20 bucks on donuts. I asked her for an extra box and she looked at me like it was coming out of her paycheck, and she was very rude and gave it to me with an attitude , I went there about two nights ago once again, and it was a Hispanic gentleman. He was very rude as well. Everyone at that Krispy Kreme’s is very rude. and I will be contacting corporate about this issue as well because I go here too often for everyone to be rude

I love Krispy Kremes donuts. They are so soft and sweet. Sorry, other donut places, you just don't make them this soft. There are only 2 locations left in the Greater Houston area and I'm glad I live close to one. I always buy some as gifts because they are a rarity to others in town. The boss man, Mr. Bobby, is very helpful all the time. They still give out a donut when the hot sign is on. They had stopped doing this a while back, but it's a tradition I'm glad they brought back. I have their app and often get deals sent to me. The deals is what determines if I buy any or not. I'm not gonna lie, they are expensive. But they are so delicious especially when they're hot. Even once they cool off, I just pop one in the microwave for 6 seconds and make it disappear in about the same amount of time. I do hope they don't close this location down like they've done the others in Houston. If you are going to visit them, I recommend downloading the app first to see what deals they have, plus you get points for each purchase. I haven't tried their coffee yet, so I can't write on that.

Aaron Adams greeted me with a friendly invitation and thoughtful suggestions that immediately made me feel welcome. His warm energy set the tone for a visit that felt personal and inviting.
The donut holes were perfectly fresh — light, warm, and just the right amount of sweet. Enjoying them on the outside patio made the moment even better. The space was relaxed, sunny, and ideal for slowing down and savoring a treat.
Aaron’s hospitality truly elevated the experience. His kindness and genuine enthusiasm made it feel less like a quick stop and more like a delightful afternoon break.
I’ll definitely be back for more sweet treats and that inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking to brighten their day with something delicious.

When is management going to change? Horrible management has been going on for years. I’ve lived in Pearland since 2013 and the service here is ALWAYS horrible. Workers are on their cell phones, they’re not open during their open hours. They close as early as 2-3 hours before. Donuts are ugly and never fresh, something is always broke or sold out! Such a disgrace when this is the only Krispy Kreme in the area!!!

After reading the comments we are all having the same crappy experience. The manager on duty is RUDE. I came in twice to this location. Once on 8/24 around 11:30am. I was there for the Harry Potter Collab. The cashier on duty that day was super helpful and explaining to me how to order. The manager on duty yelling from the drive through window “nope, no” to what the man was saying. Just being rude. I got the latte and left. The second time was 8/26 at 6:30am I did a pickup order. Came in to pick up my donuts and wanted another latte. The manager on duty and cashier on duty both RUDE. Was told the machine was down in a rude way by manager I said ok and left. While in my car the cashier on duty gave me attitude the ENTIRE time even while helping a customer. I have footage of while I’m in my car he is giving me dirty looks and attitude. Please roll the store cameras back. Very unprofessional. I WON’T be back but this is definitely bad for business. People don’t deserve attitude why they are buying from the business. Let me know if you would like to see the video.

I drove 35 minutes to find out there were no Harry Potter donuts. I called to find out about availability, but they never responded. They told us to come in the morning, as if the staff didn't work. They shouldn't offer promotions if they don't have enough staff to meet demand. I also found the store to be pretty dirty. Shoes stick to the sticky floor. This store needs to pay a little more attention.
