Tried doing pick up order and store kept cancelling saying i need to spend a minimum of $70 in order to do pick up. No where does it say there is a minimum and then saying i overuse coupons when at check out they were applied by the website. If you have a promotion going on ans we cant use it online why have it on the website. I’ll just go to sams to buy diapers then never have an issue for picking up 1 item

I decided not to go to Buccees...I knew better. Paid for $20 and tried to pump the gas... nothing. I began smelling gas, the hose was NOT connected. The attendant refunded me for less than $20, it may be just 11cts but it's the principle of the matter. I couldn't get any gas the hose wasn't even connected. Now he is out here telling people there is gas leak don't park near pump 3... ridiculous.

Never before have I experience more useless customer service than at Pearland’s Kroger store near Shadow Creek Ranch! Three employees could not tell me the exact location of cornstarch in the store. I got to the point where I wanted to yell at them for not even bothering to escort me to where the cornstarch is! I swear I will never recommend Kroger to anyone. Next time, Kroger stores should keep a big sign pointing to where the put all there cornstarch is!

Kroger, as a brand, is typically a decent place to shop. Quality items at fair prices on the majority of things.While the selection of produce could be better, shelf items and other home products are often on sale.The sales change every Wednesday.The pick-up here is undoubtedly the fastest process I've encountered. 99% of the time, all items shopped for have been in stock.There are 24 lanes available, I shop here often, and the most I've ever seen operating at once is MAYBE 10, and that's during the busy holiday season.The bakery here is amazing, I've ordered cakes that were top quality on taste and design.This location has a Starbucks as well as a local Barbque place located inside. (Seating available outside)The cashiers are generally nice and knowledgeable. However, 8 of out 10 visits to the store I've bagged my own groceries.Parking area is huge and plenty baskets are usually available. Many restaurants and other store in the area close by.

Pharmacy always rude and I've experienced discrimination first hand from the Pharmacy manager who refused to fill my non narcotic prescription I only transferred to them due to inventory and lower price but was told after 2 months my prescription made him uncomfortable when I've been taking it prescribed by Houston methodist doctors for years. Given the runaround no one contacted me after several corporate contacts

I was just at this Kroger and the manager at the time I think she’s a Spanic was very rude to me very disrespectful and I do not know how she’s a manager, I sincerely hope that Kroger has more ethics and do an evaluation on their current managers. Despicable especially during the holiday times.
