I notice that my bank debit card was not in my wallet and the last place it was used was at Kroger’s. So, I return there on today in hopes that it was turned into the store. The service desk was closed so I asked a cashier to contact a manager to check. The cashier immediately contacted manager Cynthia Bradford. The managers response without even checking was “nothing was turned in and to check back Monday” 😳. So, I asked the cashier to check with a different manager and the gentleman immediately came to the service desk to check the lost and found. My card was sitting right on top. How can someone like Cynthia Bradford be manager when she rather be dishonest than help a customer? SMDH
