The best worker hands down in the deli is Mr.Eric he answered all my questions regarding which deli meats which would be best for different things. And he made the best suggestions and was very patient with my large deli order.

New to Kroger but every time I go in there, I see out dated items on the shelves. Produce more than anything. And there are so many items that are mislabeled with inaccurate prices. There’s also an employee on the front end that’s always rude. Every time I’ve interacted with him. He gives off the vibe like it’s a bother to help.

I love Kroger because of the longtime pharmacy staff I know , and it's less walking than in HEB or Walmart to get the few things I need. What I don't like about Kroger is the stupid app doesn't work in the store or at home, so I have to go online with my laptop to plan my grocery shopping trip to upload my digital coupons. Why not just give everybody a break and stop with the coupons. It's all a game and I'm tired of reading all the fine prints and catching all the "in one transaction", 32oz. or larger", you have to buy 5 or more. Also, I have remember to bring a jacket in while shopping when it's 95 degrees outside. Do better, Kroger.

I bought some yogurt of a brand I get regularly from this location without checking the best by date, because I've never been sold a spoiled product before. When I it tasted sour and was very clearly bad by several days, which could be a simple mistake but it also looks like the day and month of the sell by date are smeared off while everything else is untouched. On top of this I was basically dodging other people the whole time because of how narrow a lot of their aisles are coupled with the fact that they only had carts, so every customer was using one.

I want to commend Kroger for continuing to offer great deals and products. In the past month, I have saved over $100.00 using coupons and buying sale items. The meat that is in the reduced section is always still top quality. I receive coupons in the mail which sometimes include free food. I also appreciate their support of many worthy causes in my community. I used to shop at another large grocery chain, but they don't compare to the savings that I receive at Kroger. The fuel points are also a big help to my fixed income budget. Thank you Kroger!

Seafood Not Fresh! Employee put out frozen seafood from a bag in the ice behind the glass as if it’s FRESH, and it’s NOT!!! FAKE! Misleading!!! Shame on you Kroger!!!!

CALLING OUT KROGERS (3245 FM 518) Manager JESUS! A white customer comes in to a black cashier trying to pay with a check and no ID. The cashier consults with a fellow cashier on the policy which is no purchase without a check and ID. The white customer tells the black cashier, "I have seen it done a thousand times before. Yes you can!" The cashier again affirms a ID with picture is required. He then tells the cashier, "We at a stand-off." The cashier calls the manager who does not address how he wrongfully treated the black cashier but does allow this white man to white privilege the Kroger policy. Calling all black folks with checks, take them to this Kroger's because an ID is not required apparently! Kroger

This Kroger has a great selection of food of all types, is very clean and it's easy to maneuver the aisles. The produce section is expansive and fresh, and the cat food aisle is full of choices. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is they do not carry Fresh Pet refrigerated dog food, and I have to go to HEB for that which is inconvenient and I usually end up shopping there to the dismay of my cat who prefers the wider variety Kroger offers!

This Kroger has some cashiers that don't care about WEARING MASKS and GLOVES, during THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. If customers are wearing MASKS, why wouldn't this young man consider wearing one? He told me it was a matter of personal choice..... Ok... No wonder the COVID-19 numbers are climbing quickly along with the patients in the INTENSIVE CARE UNITS on Ventilators... God Bless

To do this means Im at a level of pure disappointment. Customer Service at this Kroger is deplorable from the produce department to store management. What a waste of time should have went with my first instinct and went to HEB where they never disappoint. I wont even use the free coupons they send in the mail, will not spend a dime with Kroger ever again

Although I love this location and people, I have continued to see its quality deteriorate. Baskets are rarely collected and I witnessed a cashier texting while conducting check out. While walking into the store, an employee was sitting in a handicap cart, texting, eating subway, and oblivious to those around him. I do not think the management at this location is doing a very good job. A hard round turn needs to be done in my opinion. I really like this store, but the give a care factor is extremely low. I hope it improves.
