We went to Lila’s yesterday, and while the food was good, the tortillas were inconsistent. My husband’s barbacoa tacos had homemade flour tortillas, but his chorizo tacos and my plate had store-bought. If you want homemade, be sure to ask—otherwise, you may get store-bought. I wish they’d stick to the homemade ones, because they make a big difference, especially here in Texas.
Upon driving up the appearance is rough. The Food is hot, fresh, and good portions. We ordered multiple meals, loved the food. We will go back. Great service, prompt, didn't have to ask for refills, ECT items, etc. very attentive.
I love a good mom-and-pop place. We went here to have some brunch. The pancakes were overcooked but everything else was great! The area was clean and the atmosphere was super relaxed. The food came quickly as well. We will be returning here in the future. Please try this place if you're debating.
