This place is consistently just the worst! I used to love little Caesar’s but this location can’t get it together! A few months ago I tried to order ahead to have lunch with my daughter. I order 2 hours ahead of time and when I got there, it took forever for someone to acknowledge me at the counter and then my food was not ready. I couldn’t get my order because I would have missed my daughters lunch.I went last night to just get a cheese pizza as were in the process of moving. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even come acknowledge me standing at the counter. No one works customer service. Then they did t have a single pizza ready and it would be about 20 minutes but I know it would have been longer because there were people waiting in the lobby that were there before me, ordered online and were still being told their orders were like 3 orders down the line. It was a Tuesday night. Nothing crazy. This is just the norm there. I won’t bother trying this location ever again.

They literally never get your pizza out at the time the app says it will be ready. Add an extra 30 minutes to the estimated pick up time cuz either they're slow AF or understaffed.

This is by far the slowest little Caesars I have ever been to and it is like this all the time. Other locations in the area do not seem to have the same issue so what is the problem at this location? I literally just ordered a pizza online for pick up, drove to the location and did some minor car repairs in the parking lot after arriving and then went into the location just to be informed that my pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. This is absolutely unacceptable, there is never anything "Hot-n-Ready" at this location and they are always busy which tells me this is a management or corporate problem. Either hire more staff, or encourage them to cook more pizzas at a time to handle the high demand at this location, get it together and get it fixed because this store is not being run right.

This place has young people who do not know how to lead with people, my recommendation is that they hire people with character, they skipped my shift twice and that is what bothers a client the most.

This store was filthy. Seriously, clumps of hair, nasty counters, horrible customer service. I feel confident the back room would be worst. Much to be said of baby boomers and their work ethics. Clean this place up!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Don’t even know why they’re open. I’ve came here 5 times and waited over 20 minutes and just left. I’ve never even got a pizza from the 5 times due to the wait.
